While facing covid i dont want to get cold!! Secondly no one checked for covid results while boarding and/or on check-in kiosks.i asked during boarding why they are not checking the reports the answer was they thought we had been checked during check-in.totaly fiasco and no alignement.i didnt want to get in a plane people with covid!!"

However, this would be better handled when she requested for assistance during her booking process. The crew should've anticipate her needs and booked an aisle seat, or even be the ones to ask me or another passenger if I would be willing to trade. I was placed on the spot and no courtesy was shown to me. My legs were completely swollen and in pain because I wasn't able to stand periodically. I too booked my flight early and requested my seats appropriately for my health needs."

I understand the precautions flying into D.C., however there was no posting of this, and they wouldn't let us use the bathroom at the airport. Also, the plane was very hot with little air flow. Loud crying children coughing everywhere, fresh air would be nice for the 11 hour flight."

As per the rule Airlines has to pay for Visa. They never paid. Asked us to pay. Totally harassment. Never book Turkish Airlines in my remaining whole life. Also will this incident to all my friends after going back to USA. Very very bad experience. Sat down 24 hours at Airport without food and sleep. Mostly will file a case against Airlines."

Khuyết điểm: "This is not a Turkish Airlines issue, per se, but an airport problem. Ataturk is very spread out and there are far more planes than gates. More often than not, the plane parks way out in the back 40, and shuttle buses take you to a processing point. If you have less than a 2 Hr layover, and you're switching between Domestic and International flights, you will need to walk at top speeds, or run. Passport Control and multiple security checkpoints could easily cause you to miss your flight."

I know this is done to cram in as many seats as possible into the plane, and thus sell more tickets, but from a passenger's perspective, this is a terrible practice."

We had the gate information displayed just 1 hour before departure. London to hyderabad flight was too cold. If the temperature was adjusted above 72 degrees it would have been appreciated. London to hyderabad flight was cramped up. Not at all spacious, my knees started to hurt after the flight."

Two bags opened and missing personal items. Very frustrating travel. Kids meal choices missing on rerouted flights. I can go on..."

Ưu: "The BA staff on the plane were excellent, given the horrible way we arrived to board the plane. They went above and beyond to help mitigate the treatment before boarding the plane. Also, our vegan that we requested via American Airlines on the phone back in September didn't appear on their list, so they made the best out of a bad situation."
Khuyết điểm: "Our first BA flight was late leaving and therefore we arrived to our 2nd flight 20 minutes before the flight was to leave. The check-in staff were completely rude, telling us to run and threatening to not let us on the plane. It was not our fault the plane left late from BCN to LHR. Once we were actually let on the plane, we didn't push back from the gate until 5-10 minutes after the scheduled departure time. There was absolutely no reason to have treated us that way, so we promptly submitted a complaint to British Airways."

Khuyết điểm: "British Airways introduced boarding by groups Inspite of my plea for my husband who recently undergone heart surgery he had to stand and queu until our group number was allowed to enter the plane. We have been told very firmly by taciturn lady at Fumicino Rome that this are new rules nad they are to be obeyed! compassion is not forte in our experience of British Airways."

Khuyết điểm: "I took a BA flight after a while. I had stopped flying BA in flight service and comfort was poor. I travel business class. Seats were dated (seat cushions), plane was dated, inflight entertainment systems dated (compared to most other airlines). Crew goofed up on food. I had a seat change which I informed the Sr Purser who came to take food order, his colleague who came to serve drinks. Still the server gave my food to the other passenger who had requested to change seats. Which resulted in no food for me. They clamoured some meal fro economy class and served so shabbily (only a pic can show how shabby it was - unfortunately I can't attach one here). In spite of all this the purser showed no remorse or offered no apology. I think I made a mistake in choosing BA, should have never come back to them."

I went to the gate anyway to try; the gate attendant kept me waiting for a seat so long that the gate closed. He was not nice. His colleague booked me on a different flight to LCY airport (instead of Heathrow). But that different flight got diverted to Manchester. So the fast that BA overbooked cost me an extra 6 hours and $140 to buy a train & tube ticket to get back to Heathrow. The fact that there was not a single smile among the staff, and I had to argue to even get on the second flight, is inexcusable."

Luggage cost is almost superior to flight cost. Forced me to check my overhead luggage. Flight was delayed one hour because we had to go back to gate to rebLANCE WEIGHT"

After that, it was catch as catch can - even if you were first class or business class. The audio selection was the most sparse I've ever seen. Only 5 titles in classical music. Also, the movie "library" had only 5 choices. The flight map was a dated version. On other BA flights, there has been excellent attention to detail in Club World. This one was very poor."

Even water and soda which on even the cheapest airlines are free. I understand it was a short flight, but charging for non alcoholic drinks is ridiculous. Last time I flew the same flight, they gave free everything including wine. Pretty disappointed."
Khuyết điểm: "I bought a return ticket for my daughter to fly to Amsterdam for the summer. I was allowed to purchase this flight from Kayak and BA from ATL to LON to AMS. Departure was for the end of May to the end of August. When we were checking in the attendant told us that the ticket was no good and we had to purchase another ticket because the travel was over 90 days. At no time did BA or Kayak let us know this information but had no problem selling us this ticket. We were literally extorted for another $1000.00 so she could depart. Shameful! Will not be using your site or BA ever again."

Ưu: "The staff and food option wasn't bad for plane food. We left and arrived on time. Theu kept us informed with what was happening with the turbulence."
Khuyết điểm: "There were no usb chargers. The tiny screen had white scuffs all over so you couldn't see. The chairs were super cramped."
Ưu: "We boarded almost 1hr early, took off on time and landed just before scheduled."

Khuyết điểm: "Didn't serve two meals despite the price; uncomfortable seats (seated right behind the bathroom); being offered a drink was few and far between; and we have two wait over two hours due to a delay at our layover city because of BA system failures"

Khuyết điểm: "crew not very friendly was allowed one carry on from Seattle to London however, refused my only carry on from London to Accra. Very unpolite staff overall."

Khuyết điểm: "When the ticket was issued it never said anything about who the subsidiary operating airline is. That caused so much confusion that I missed my flight despite of arriving at the airport almost 3 hours before departure. Then on my way back I asked for a tissue she threw one on the table with a snarl and said they are in the bathroom. Then the plane was standing still in the tarmac for good 10 minutes and I needed a tissue again - the same stewardess was extremely rude in telling me to go back to my seat - I advised her to be calm and speak appropriately. I was only trying to get the tissue paper from the toilet."

Khuyết điểm: "The seat rows are too close together. When the woman in front of me reclined her seat she was basically in my lap- not how I wanted to spend 7 hours. I finally had to put my knees against her seat to keep her from reclining. It took a lot of effort to cross/uncross my legs in the limited space. I'm only 5'4" 118lbs - I can't imagine how anyone bigger than me feels when they have to fly in the same situation."

Better off sticking with basics like frit, cheese, crackers, sandwiches, etc. If I pay extra for early seat selection, don't guilt me into switching with someone who didnt, because they didnt have enough leg room and had a bad leg. Situation was such that I couldnt refuse. So ended up paying extra for a really crappy seat. Seating chart should indicate where the metal boxes are that affect leg room in certain seats so those with a disability aren't seated there."
Ưu: "The meals and service was very good. Pleasant staff, comfortable seats for economy class. Very good entertainment selection."

Khuyết điểm: "Our flight left two hours late causing us to miss the connection in London going to San Jose. We stood in line for 5 HOURS while British Airways tried to arrange for us and many, many others to get to their final destination."
Ưu: "On time flights. Friendly crew. Good food. Great check in process online - best I've come across so far."
