Excellent overall service. Quick boarding, very quick de boarding. Flight attendants were very attentive and quick to take care of any request. Food was good quality and tasty. Overall very satisfied with Premium Economy purchase.

My flight was cancel on American , rebook 4 time? Whe to the airport each time to find out flight is canceled again, ridiculous X just ask for a refund

The plane boarded late but they would not give anyone an estimate as to when they’d be boarding to allow people to go to the nearby lounge. The in-flight crew was awesome, and the premium economy is well worth it. Wish they allowed purchasing of business class upgrades, only allowed with points. Food on this flight not as good as their usual. Not many new movies to watch. Overall comfortable flight

Only thing i have to said is rough landing and food is not great so does the entertainment.

JAL is a very good airlines. However they insist on mostly Japanese language entertainment, with some Hollywood movies. Food is OK. I prefer traditional breakfast like eggs, bread, sausage, omelate etc. But not pasta..which I got during Tokyo Seattle flight. Also their lunch dinner entries were not western, at least they can have that option. They have good Miso soup.

Ưu: "Crew service was amazing - so diligent and courteous. They were incredibly well trained and I would rate their service level as being one of the most competitive within business class in Asia."

Also, I was not able to convert the main menu of the entertainment system to my preferred language so it was a bit difficult to navigate (that being said, they provided a card that guided me, so it was still usable, and the entertainment selection was good!)."

They apologizedon't many times but no compensation, seats were first row but not first class, business, economy, or premium economy. They said it's called "J" class! You still get 3 pcs of luggage and pay business class price! Never JAL again domestic, maybe international or Never ever!"

Before the flight landed, the head flight attendant came to greet every passenger and personally thanked them for choosing JAL. I've flown on JAL several times and thus had never happened so I was pleasantly surprised."

Ưu: "I forgot to make prior arrangements for a special meal due to allergy concerns. I notified the crew onboard, and they were attentive to my issue and helped me avoid certain foods which may cause an allergy attack."

My meals were also pretty bad on the way back, which is odd because they were not bad on the way there. It was definitely one of the worst flights that I've ever had, mostly because of the heat."

They accommodated a last-minute request for vegetarian meals. The flight felt like it took about half the time it actually did."

Also I will be happy to fly ANA again, but I would not take a redeye flight on any airline unless I was in business or first class which I cannot reasonably afford at the moment."

2 hours delayed and missed the connection because didn't have crew to fly the plane

We waited 5 delays from DFW because the maintenance on the plane to pick us up had so many that had not been done routinely. Instead of being home at 2:00pm. We were home at 7:00! After all that there was not even water given to us!!

For some reason the plane was so uncomfortably hot. The vents did not seem like they were working at all.

This American Airlines strike is wack. Our flight was delayed 2 hours because the flight crew didn’t show up. Extremely disappointing.

Khuyết điểm: "No snacks or drinks provided on any of my flights on American this weekend. 2 of them were real short so that makes sense but other 2 were long enough to have this but stopped before my row. We were Delayed, which is understandable, but not sure why we couldn't board and wait for crew to come on to speed up process rather than waiting for crew to arrive to even begin boarding process. I assume it's a safety thing but seems like there could be a better way to handle this and speed up process to make sure people aren't missing connecting flights."

Khuyết điểm: "The seatback offered free streaming of AA entertainment on my tablet, but when I opened the browser and selected entertainment, the only option was to pay $9.95, so I just watched downloaded Netflix episodes. Plus the movies offered on AA streaming didn't look especially good."

Khuyết điểm: "The cliff notes of this debacle are, inbound flight arrived late to Montreal, I contacted AA social media team to make sure they could notify the gate of my connecting flight, they didn’t after they said they did. Flight arrived in Chicago a little early, I have to wait 15 min for my bags from the valet, I run to the next gate and arrive with 13 min to spare, the gate agent (not nice) goes I’m sorry we already closed the door. I’m like, huh? Then he has the gall to tell me, “well had someone called us we could of held your seat”. That’s when I lost it. Needless to say I’m now flying to Dayton and back to Dallas. That’s in lieu of a 3:50 PM flight TOMORROW!"

Why didn't they just leave us in the terminal until everything was ready for us?"

Khuyết điểm: "I paid hard-earned money for an expensive flight to Madrid. Not only were we very delayed on the way there, we were also delayed on the way back. We spent 3 hours back and forth on the tarmac stuck on an old bus in 100+ degree weather being delivered conflicting information, summed up to the seats being "broken". We got a "bathroom break" during which was talked to very rudely by the flight attendant at the gate, and then was almost left behind by the bus on the tarmac. Additionally, once we got onto the plane, it was extremely old (I'm talking no TV's, ashtrays on seats, filthy tables, dirty seats). To top it off, when I went to the restroom in the middle on the flight, I saw flight attendants drinking Tito's and soda in the back in the plane and talking loudly. I am not usually one to complain- but this was a particularly bad experience and terrible ending to my vacation."

Could either wait for the next Flint flight that would get in at about midnight and risk not having a rental car or take an earlier flight to Detroit and pay $85 for dropping rental car off at Flint."

However, I was disappointed. The food was so-so and insufficient. The drinks were also not enough. The video displays were small and poorly located for the movie. The seats seemed uncomfortable. All and all I have come to expect a better experience from American Airlines in First Class. The ticket was expensive."

Khuyết điểm: "Our flight was cancelled And rescheduled and we were not notified. We missed our flight. The next flight was the following day. We missed a day of vacation and $500 a day hotel fees. We felt we should be reimbursed for our flight but the person we talked to wasn't too helpful."

Khuyết điểm: "Food choices were horrible as was the food quality. Especially for an international flight. AA should be embarrassed that this is the level by which they operate. Entertainment systems were faulty. Many around me had to be restarted. And crew seemed tired and irritated. Willing to overlook the chairs that barely reclined but with everything else operating at a poor level, it was just the icing on the cake."

And to top it off, we waited on the tarmac to find a gate because we were late. Thanks American, I appreciate the reminder as to why I never fly your airline."

Khuyết điểm: "First class flying is gone. No lounge access in the US. No meal (boarding at 1720 and arriving 2100) Beverage service the same in front as in back. Need to go back to Asia to get what you pay for."
Khuyết điểm: "I saw your email informing me that departure would be delayed almost an hour, that was sent 50 min after its scheduled departure. By then I was out of the airport, picking up my car in long-term parking, and making my miserable way back home. It was a 3 and a half hour drive to get there."
Khuyết điểm: "We were delayed in Detroit due to deicing the plane. We landed in Houston late. They let us and a few other couples off the plane first so we could make our connection. We sprinted off the plane and arrived to the gate two minutes after they closed the door; plane was still there and they would not let us on. United knew we were coming and they closed the door anyway. The next flight out to Liberia, Costa Rica wasn’t for two more days. They ended up rebooking us on a flight to Panama which had a connection to San Jose, Costa Rica. Much farther of a drive from that airport. Very disappointed in how United handled this situation, we were told if it was a bigger group they would have held the plane for us. I will never fly United again but I know it has nothing to do with Kayak. Kayak has always been great and is my go to for booking plane tickets."

It's 7:39 before I'm guaranteed a make up flight because I'm told by customer service that united flies fewer flights during holidays periods despite being the busiest season of the year. United did nothing to make up for the night with family they have taken from me on vacation."

Khuyết điểm: "Delayed 20 hours and the flight changed departure times at least 14 times. They put us in double tree hotel 30 mins from the airport and their customer service was far from hospitable."

Khuyết điểm: "My experience would be fine except when I went through security and they checked my luggage, they opened my suitcase in front of everyone and riffled through my clothes out in the open. I don't care that they needed to go through my bag, I care that there was no concern for privacy."

Khuyết điểm: "We missed flight by 5 minutes and employees were not helpful at all. We had to stay the night in Houston due to this fact and caught a flight out the next morning. The employees were all ready to get off work and left w/o helping us."
Khuyết điểm: "I selected my seats day I purchase. I didn't get the seats I had selected. I prechek in online. I ended up the very back in a single row against the toilet which made me throw up 3 times. I don't get sick on flights. But the smell was so bad!,"

Khuyết điểm: "Flight attendant, LaToya, was the rudest I've ever encountered on United. Didn't greet anyone, basically slammed drinks down on the tray tables, didn't say goodbye to us when departing, and was overall very unpleasant. Could tell she didn't want to be there."

Khuyết điểm: "It has always seem really counterproductive to load the front of the plane first. All five of us said the same thing. Really dumb, so what....... if we were to have paid more money for first class. It would be faster. No need to wait for someone to get their bag in the overhead for so long."
Ưu: "I really appreciate them getting us there safely the crew was fine and it was nice to have tvs on each seat complimentary it really helps having something else to take you away mentally when physically your crammed together and it's really not comfortable or pleasant. I think the staff and crew were just fine though it's just flying has gotten to be something I don't enjoy and want to avoid as much as possible it's that way with most airlines though I think her blue is a little better on seat space and usually always has the tvs but yeah they are limited where they fly and it I is just expensive and uncomfortable to fly I think."

Khuyết điểm: "People were not told where to get their transfer boarding passes until last minute. Security check of "random" passengers was overboard. I wasn't one of the passengers who had to undergo the extra security at the gate, but felt bad for those who did. Completely unnecessary.."

Khuyết điểm: "Weather in the DEN area and Eastern Colorado generated a ground stop in DEN delaying our departure from ICT for about 2 hours. Even with the overall delay in DEN my SMF flight was long gone putting me on a late flight into SMF. This of course lead to a short night's rest...just another day of travel on the airlines."

Ưu: "Everyone at the Wichita airport were very friendly - especially the TSA personnel. Everything moved quickly and efficiently. Plus the airport itself is so beautiful and easy to get around in. Took us less than 30 minutes from parking in shuttle parking lot to going through security to getting to our gate!"
Ưu: "It arrived early at my destination."
Khuyết điểm: "I had to pay extra money to get to LAX because my flight through Houston was canceled."
Khuyết điểm: "No arm rests for the middle seat. Seats way too close together. Fans do not blow hard enough for circulation."
Ưu: "There was not one glimpse of positive in this experience."
Khuyết điểm: "Upon arrival to Newark there was no gate agent available to check in with for the first two hours of the delay. In the air there was no food or drink service. The plane loaded at 1230 but did not push back from the gate for almost another hour. Upon arrival in Boston we spent near another hour on the tarmack waiting for a gate free up with very little comunication. I got to Boston 5 hours after I had intended to with no ability to give my rid from the airport any info for when I would be getting off the plane. The whole time dance moms rotated between a different show but must have come on 3 times with no ability to shut the screen off and take a nap. No compensation was offered in any way."
