Ưu: "My flight to Seoul was originally through Air Canada but my flight was cancelled due to weather in Toronto. So I was rebooked with Korean Air and I loved every minute of my flight. The staff are so talented speaking flawlessly in Korean and English. They made me feel comfortable for the whole 14 hours. I’d definitely fly with them again."

Ưu: "Bags were not checked through to Cebu because of the 10+ hr layover. Had to go out to arrival area to follow up on bag transfer. Korean Air wouldnt issue my boarding pass for my INC to CEB flight at LAX so I have to get in line again at the Korean Air check- in counter in INC then was told to go to Jin Air since it was operated by them. Jin Air wouldn't issue a boarding pass because my flight was at 8 AM the following day. I ended up sleeping at the predept area until the counter opened."

Flight attendant serving our section kept knocking into aisle seat passenger, including knocking over his coffee cup and spilling coffee all over him and the passenger next to him. Flight attendant's reaction was to panic instead of handing over napkins or paper towels - was mopping up with my napkins and tissues by the time she showed up with some paper towels. I was left with the impression that flight attendants were picked more for looks than competence. Checking in at Incheon took a very long time - they should open more counters or give warning to passengers of how long it can take."

Ưu: "I really liked the prices of the tickets for this trip, I saved money over the regular price plane tickets; since I had 2 long layovers in Seoul at Inchoen Airport. I love this airport, it is clean, modern and offers so much amenities for FREE. The best for my second time LONG Lay over. My firtst time was at an airport in Alaska which I completely forgot since it was nearly 30 years ago. The flying experience was totally good from flying from BKK as it was also a good airport. I also liked the services, the crews were courteous and helpful."
Khuyết điểm: "Flights were full and of course I had a seat in seat 32E next to a man who was ofviously either sick or had a bad allergy, he sneezed and sneezed 1/2 of the whole flight when he was awake and slept most of the time so it was difficult for me to get in and out to the rest room. Luckily the people in seats 32F & 32G were kind enough to let me in and out (I got out mostly while the lady in seat 32F was getting out of her seat.) Mostly the other experiences were good overall."

I had fallen during my vacation and really wanted to upgrade so I can stretch out to not put a lot of pressure on my low back and hip for a 12+ hour flight, and didn't get the chance. Was pretty upset when I walked around and noticed many open seats in both business class and first class. (first class curtain was opened for a short period of time)"

Khuyết điểm: "During the same trip I discovered 2 different arrangements of the Business Class cabin on Singapore Airlines A350, SQ469 CMB-SIN, and SQ036 SIN-LAX. On the SQ469, I occupied seat 12 A (mono, aisle-window): A lot of plastic curved walls etc. For larger persons, the result is not quit comfortable."

Also, to me little things like fold the cup holder before take off and landing is just a simple task to do without giving a lecture to the passenger when he or she might be tight up with kids."

No new movies unlike on the way there :( dont really like being woken up for meals though, would be nice if they left a note to get a meal from them once ive gotten up. Coz i was trying to sleep so i dont get jetlagged back in sg. Which i did unfortunately :( not jetlag when i arrived in rome though :)"

Khuyết điểm: "I asked to be placed in a seat as close to the front as possible as I suffer from motion sickness in the back of the plane. I was placed in the back row all the way to my destination and all the way home. I vomited 8 times and felt very sick. I did notice that there were many seats available in the front of the plane but they are never given out as women with babies and children always get them and then single travellers like myself are made sit in the back. I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."
Ưu: "I am still trying to find my bags. I missed my connection and Jet Blue made me stand in a line to get rebooked for 7 hours. Unprofessional, uncaring. None of this was my fault but everyone who represents Jet Blue treated me as if it were. Never again"

Hospitality by the crew members was excellent.

No problems upon arriving at Incheon and transferring to Manila. The plane was on time. However you cannot check flight status on the app for updates. Good could have been more palatable. Crew were amazingly.

Ưu: "Seoul to NYC JFK 1/24/20 trip. This female Korean member was rushing passengers. Which was totally unnecessary. It is necessary to give client some time to get situated. Airline serve all kinds of age group of client. I was watching the way she was serving food, again in a rushed manner? Does she like her job? This is unprofessional. The rest of the crew members were courteous except her. Bad representation of this company."

Ưu: "Aircraft seats for long haul trips are infinitely more comfortable than those on the cattle cars used for domestic flights. Economy/coach seats aren't fancy, but they are surprisingly comfortable with lots of leg room."
Khuyết điểm: "The aircraft I was on was an older 777-200, and there were, sadly, no charging ports of any sort on the seats. Lavatories have electrical sockets, but don't s in a lav to charge your phone. My advice: have your phone fully charged prior to boarding, and have a fully charged power bank just in case."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight from Korea to Bangkok was a different story. The seats resembled those you would find in premium economy on other airlines. While the food and service were good, the entertainment was abysmal. Basically, you were watching TV with poor quality reception and no ability to choose what you wanted to watch other than flipping through the channels to see what was already on. Although this was nearly a seven hour international flight, The entertainment package felt like something you would encounter on a cheap charter bus to Vegas. If I knew this was the aircraft I would be taking, I would never have booked on Asiana. The flight to Bangkok was really substandard."

The overall experience was okay

Food is horrible compared how it was in ETihad few years ago so is staff who doesn’t want to help the people at all.

Unusually slow checking process. Can improve on that. Food was okay but can improve on that also.

When the snacks are predominantly cheese based, then that's repeated x4 Entertainment was poor. Khuyết điểm: "There was a disagreement about my hand luggage. At check in it was agreed I coukd take it on board even though it was 8.9 kilos. Just before security they said no. After going back and forwards it was agreed. No fault of the airline there were several infant children close to my seat. At times it was annoying"

Ưu: "The head flight attendant went the extra mile to ensure we got aisle seats together after our seats had been changed since we checked in. Very happy that she went the extra mile to pull it off. Movies and food were very good."
Khuyết điểm: "We didn't like that our confirmed aisle seat had been switched since we checked in and were confirmed. It was uncomfortable for a while trying to solve this with the ground staff, but they put the message through and I mentioned it again and it was resolved in the end."

Khuyết điểm: "This flight had the potential to be good as the entertainment and food options were good, but I felt cramped and the volume of the surrounding passengers was awful. There were three crying babies, which I know neither the airline nor the families themselves can control, as well as one child with special needs who was making a lot of noise the whole flight. I wasn't able to sleep at all for that reason. Additionally, I was disappointed that the flight was late and that the deplaning process was so long – we taxied for a long time and there was only one staircase, so we were very late."

Khuyết điểm: "Particularly on the flight from Abu Dahbi to Washington, D.C., attendants were rude with not only me, but other customers. They were short in their responses, forgot requests multiple times, and didn't make the little bit of extra effort to provide translators in Arabic, ensure an elderly lady next to me had the meal she needed, and secure the food options that we asked for. Our row was told us there were no more chicken meals for example, when we saw an attendant on the other side of the plane offer consistent chicken meals for multiple rows to come. They were just being lazy and didn't even want to ask."
