The flight was a disaster in all aspects, was treated like an animal. I paid 2k for this ticket, felt suffocated even asked if I could get an upgrade to business class but got denied. Never ever flying with etihad again. Been a valued customer for years. Never again.
The Etihad ground staff didn’t communicate about new flight timings in bengaluru & didn’t escort or help passengers when we are stuck in security. Other airlines took responsibility to escort passengers. The food was good AUH- BLR; AUH- WAS . Others like WAS- AUH & BLR- AUH. Food was horrible. Etihad looting money in name baggage policy. No communication to passengers about cabin baggage policy.

Ưu: "I was not put on the plane because they said my seat did not existed! I had purchased my ticket 3 months prior to departure and they said I did not have a seat on the plane due to overbooking. They clearly gave my seat away to someone else and this is not acceptable."

Knowing that we couldn’t choose our seats when checking in initially!!! We were not the only ones separated on this trip and we all had to sweet talk each other so we could swap and sit together. This makes the life of the crew so hard as it is not their fault and clearly many people were affected!! Lastly stop using small planes for your Brisbane flights!!!!!!! We pay good money and deserve better. This is not the first time"

Ưu: "I'd never flown Etihad before and had a 13 hour flight followed by a 5 hour flight with them so I went in with fingers crossed for a good experience. My flight from JFK to Abu Dhabi was on an A380 and it was a spectacular plane. The crew was amazing the entertainment selection was great, the bathrooms were clean - it was a great experience."

Ưu: "On this leg the general courtesy was great especially one particular hostess, Nikita. The movies and certain music on the menu were a good range."

My wife and my hand held consoles were not working and hence we couldn't use our reading light besides some other functional limitations. An elderly lady sitting in front of me had a bad bout of chills because of the cabin temperature (most probably) the staff never followed up on the help that fellow passengers had given to the lady. My prior two flights with this airliner were much worse My A380 experience in the Emirates has been MUCH more spacious and great meals with a predictably jollier staff. Qatar airways can perhaps even top that. The only thing I feel etihad has over these better rivals is the convenience of the US Immigration. As a NATIONAL CARRIER of the UAE, I'm quite unimpressed and disappointed."

Ưu: "Service in the Economy class was a nightmare. The air hostesses do not respond fast, take hours to get a glass of water and sometimes even don't bother to get you what you have asked for."

The crew repeatedly asked them to sit and they would sometimes ignore then outright and other times sit for a short while only to get up once again. For me the seat cushion was a bit hard for such a long flight."

When you want to say no to the customer, atleast make an effort to accommodate the needs of the customer first. Minor requests made by the passengers should be accommodated. You just rudely say No. Learn something from American customer service!!"
