Cathay Pacific also serve HD ice cream, but half the size on lunch meal. ANA serve on both meals."

If you are in the US you need to log on to the ANA US site, the JP site is in Japanese and it will not redirect you to US. On line check in can get confused as a lot of time it would not recognize the booking number, you have to use a long 10 digit e-ticket number. My fight from Tokyo to HKG would let me check in and get seat assignment until 24 hours before the scheduled flight. The seat map shows all seat ps were taken without telling what is going on."

The four PINS generated by the counter staff did not work. We all took turn to try to no avail. by then we have walked too far from the counter we could not be bother going back. No airport that I've been to had poor internet service connection like this airport, yet it is supposed to be THE WORLD'S NUMBER ONE AIRLINE. We boarded at 11.30pm, last time we flew with them they gave us supper. Last night they gave us only water. We went to sleep hungry till the morning. Since when they started to operate like those cheap airlines that you have to pay for your food? And the night package did not have eye mask.... how could we sleep... ? Singapore airline could learn from Qtar. Very very disappointed."

Finally they grudgingly gave me only cream, rendering my coffee undrinkable. .....And the list goes on. Never ever will I travel on this horrid airline again!"

This was not done on the flight into Dubai. Also irritating was when I got to Boston, an Emirates guy cut open the packing envelope open and in the process, accidentally sliced the camera neck strap. He was, however, very apologetic and eagerly got me the info needed to submit a claim to Emirates."

Khuyết điểm: "Food options listed on menu were not available. Breakfast was served so late that crew said not enough time to make/serve hot coffee or tea. During flight no crew ever came around to offer more water or liquid between meals. TV was in German with no instructions on how to change language to English. Bathrooms were not kept clean. Also, when boarding at the HK airport, after disabled and families, everyone was asked to board at the same time which resulted in one very long line of several hundred people."

Khuyết điểm: "Snacks n drinks..water or soda offered after few hrs from dinner. Passengers should not ask for drinks or snack. I mean crackers or biscuits few hrs in mid flight. Even if passengers are mostly asleep, a crew member can walk down aisles with a tray of snacks. This will help some people wha mught not like the food or type 2 diabetic people who needs to eat n drink every 2 to 3 hrs. Signage on boarding gate is not clear. Your flight number and boarding time was in small projected sentences under a huge lettered former destination place."
Ưu: "The overall service is great for the airfare price I paid. Can’t complaint! The new plane with central air control was a great idea; it was comfortable for the duration of the ride. That being said, I would definitely use Cathay Pacific again in the future for this price range."

Khuyết điểm: "It was a long delay, about an hour. The airline kept silence until too late. They gave us a blanket, some refreshments and where to have breakfast. Those who made a fuss were taken to hotel. Many others stayed at the airport and had a terrible night."
Ưu: "Boeing 777 had an upgrade on the video display software, making for a more manageable video experience. It's easier to navigate because of the ability to close screens and go back to the screen you were on, rather than having to start over each time."
Khuyết điểm: "I received a polite e-mail and a text message an hour or two later indicating that my flight from Taipei to HongKong had been delayed. It took a login to the Cathay Pacific web site to figure out that with the rescheduled time, I would miss my connecting flight from HongKong to Boston if I didn't change anything. I managed to sort it out, though it took using my cell phone to place an international call to the HongKong Cathay Pacific office to get me on an earlier flight. I don't think this is an acceptable level of service -- had I not had WiFi access or an international capable cell phone, I would have been stranded in Taipei or HongKong an extra day. I think CP could have done more to notify and help remediate the situation knowing the implication of the rescheduled flight. Food also remains mediocre, though slightly better."

Khuyết điểm: "The food was bland and it had no flavor. I got food poisoning from what they called a low lactose meal. I am a Chef myself and I feel like part of the overall experience is being fed but I didn’t have a great experience with that. I dread the flight home."

Khuyết điểm: "Delayed flight after waiting for hours in Hongkong. The male flight attendant was inefficient. Did not check on passenger’s concern even after it was brought to his attention. Simple request for water took forever to arrive. Did not like meal so requested a cup of noodle instead but the noodle never arrived. It is stated in their menu that snacks like cup of noodle is available through out the flight but only when you stand up and get it from them. Very poor service. I will never fly Cathay Pacific again. That will be the first and the last."

Ưu: "The crew on Cathay Pacific is really a cut above. they seem to have a genuine wish to see to the comfort of the passengers. It is also a pleasure to have so many choices for entertainment."
Khuyết điểm: "The boarding from NY to Hong Kong was really well organized, with people in the back of the plane getting on first so that it was easy for everyone to get right in. This did not happen on the return flight from Hong Kong. Further, at one point we were rousted from the waiting room and made to go through a second inspection, having are bags searched again, and having random people go through especially invasive searches. Very unpleasant and unnerving as we were given no reason for this."

Khuyết điểm: "All the adverts on Premium Economy with Cathay Pacific are inaccurate. It is NOT your secluded compartment. The curtain to economy is ALWAYS kept open...NO privacy. Food is EXACTLY SAME as economy. In LAX had to REMIND them that Premium Economy has priority boarding. There is no champagne on arrival at your seat...you have to ASK for it. Crew is always HURRIED. When you ask for a beverage or a snack, hostess and stewards have ATTITUDE. it's like they are doing a big FAVOR. Really??? we spent lots of EXTRA MONEY to be in this class. Restroom was difficult to access. Overall MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT"

Khuyết điểm: "To the guy in 26G, it was incredible how you ignored three flight attendants when they asked you to put away your laptop. You were so obsessed with your own self interests that the general safety of your fellow passengers was not important. That must have been some email that you had to keep typing even as the plane was pulling away from the gate. So important in fact that you didn't touch your laptop for another two+ hours. But you did get it out again and proceeded to pull the same stunt as we descended. Stunning behaviour. I enjoyed how you convinced the crew to put your laptop in the overhead bin both times. I believe the clincher was the four carry on bags you had with you. Priceless. Guess you should be grateful you weren't on a US domestic flight. But I'm sure you would have turned the story away from you and on to the crew."

The passenger behind me had his shoes off the entire flight and put his feet in the space beside me near the window. His feet smelt like vinegar and sweaty socks. The passenger beside me was overweight and he spilled into my seat partially. All of this did not make for a comfortable flight but thankfully it wasn't too long."

Ưu: "This was the cheapest direct flight to Hong Kong so I bought it. Alsonivam a qantas member so got the points. It was a day trip for me to go so I wanted to get some sleep both ways. I'm 188cm and the seats are just a little bit close together to let you stretch your legs but ok. Entertainment system is good and window seat was ok."
