You mean i cannot have food while boarding the plane? Im starving and they don't gibe us any food to eat even if i asked them if theres anything . And that is a total not agreeable we are 3 people riding the plane myself and my kids and we did not have anything to eat. The reclining pitch was excellent - even for the people sitting behind. There is a hassock-like panel to elevate one's legs about 45 degrees. Almonds instead of peanuts, a menu option with a main of a nice piece of steak (that could be cut with an airline knife!), amenity kit... Very happy passenger."

During our connecting flight in Athens our boarding passes wouldn't print at the self service computers and there was no one to help us so we had to go back out to the front desk. The airline representative was extremely rude. There was 5 employees standing around the computer with NO customers and when we asked if this was Turkish Airlines and if they could help, the woman (manager) responded "this WAS Turkish Airlines" as if they were done helping customers for the day (it was 9AM and our flight was leaving in 45 min). We explained that we couldn't print our passes and she ROLLED her eyes as if it was an inconvenience to help us. THEN on our flight from Istanbul to Chicago, a passenger died an hour into the flight and they placed the body on the seats behind us for over 10 hours! Nobody even told us what happened! We didn't know if they died from natural causes or if it was something else! They didn't offer to seat us somewhere else or even inform us they were placing the body there. We were completely shocked and uncomfortable the whole flight home. We couldn't eat or sleep. We're completely disgusted and scarred from this overall experience."

No help with connecting flights was offered. when I asked to reserve a connecting flight - I was put on a connecting flight that I missed anyway because of further on-going delay. When I reached Istanbul - no help was actively offered. I had to arrange my connecting flight. No compensation was offered. When we asked for some food and water, we were sent to the lowest level lounge in Ataturk airport. Very poor Turkish Airlines experience!"

Gate agents in Istanbul had a very confusing set-up to get on plane. Gate agents not empowered to help passengers with all issues that arise. We left item at gate in Catania, & gate agent unable to offer any help or detailed guidance to help us work to get it back."

I was traveling with 3 children. Could you think about offering food to the passengers with children first? This would help in getting them settled into the plane instead of waiting for their food -- which for them seems like an eternity."

The ground staff was even annoyed by this development, and the plane finally appeared about the time we were supposed to be leaving. To their credit, the gate staff tried to keep getting updates and passing them along, but had little luck. Fortunately I did not miss my connection in Houston but I'm not sure the same was true for everybody. When we arrived, we sat for 10 minutes waiting for our gate to open, which the crew interestingly blamed on the delays caused by the rain. Funny, the only delayed flight on the screens in the terminal was odd ours. The rest of my trip was flawless. I'm sorry for Air New Zealand that they have to rely on United to gather passengers for them in the USA."

Khuyết điểm: "Very inconvenient to collect the luggages and check in again for a transit passenger. There is also no proper assistance in Ottawa. It is because of that one of my luggages didn't arrive with me. I wasted much time waiting and again claim to know the where about. I will never use Air Canada connection flight."
Ưu: "They held the plane due to delays in customs"
Khuyết điểm: "I have a very strong advice to United: do not take off late! Period! Another one: people who bought their tickets together want to sit together. And ,yes this is YOUR responsibility, and not the customer. Remember this and your company may survive."
Ưu: "We received a free video service for the flight"
Khuyết điểm: "First of all the flight was booked for a plane which was too large to land in Providence. So either way we were going to have a longer day and extra leg.....which I only paid for ONE plane change. After running to the gate because my first flight was late taking off, this flight was delayed due to engine issues. The agent had us standing in line for 1 1/2 hours while she tried to figure out what was going on. So instead of taking off at 5:40 pm, we took off at 9 pm and still had to catch a bus from Boston to Providence...HORRIBLE Flight = Long Day/Night"
Ưu: "Flight attendants were friendly (even though they didn't have enough food/snacks to purchase)."
Khuyết điểm: "1. One gate agent was extremely rude! 2. I was seated near the rear of the plane, and there was no food left to purchase when the flight attendant got to the back of the plane (no time to purchase during layover, because my flight into connecting city had been delayed, and I barely made my connecting flight). I was starving!!"
Ưu: "Not refunds, no voucher, no credits .... But still s stupid fee of U.S 200 to pay on my Next flight using same booking Code . RIDICULOUS !! Guess other airlines want my business and my friends' too.."

Khuyết điểm: "We rushed skipping a planned meal during our expected layover to the second leg of our journey only to sit waiting for the second delayed flight. The delay included a prolonged wait of about 20 minutes on the tarmac AFTER departing from the gate. During the accelerated dash to LAX, the flight attendants didn't have time to serve beverages to the entire cabin. Less then half of the cabin were served leaving the rest of the parched passengers unserved including myself and my companion. The flight attendants were good doing the best they could under the circumstances. As with the first leg of the flight, I couldn't figure out the entertainment system and couldn't download the entertainment app from the Apple app store (I couldn't get the store to open on the onboard wireless system to download the app)."
Ưu: "Just noticed survey on my flight from Omaha to Chicago. Sadly I woke up to find that that flight was cancelled and I had to reschedule and flown to Denver instead."
Khuyết điểm: "The stewardess wasn't the least bit helpful. I did not see any friendliness on her part to anyway. It was like she had to do the job but didn't like being there. So very weird. My original flight to Milwaukee with stop in Chicago was cancelled. This was a flight that took me to Denver and then Milwaukee. Therefore cold for over two hours. Not a good experience with United."

Ưu: "We were flying from Atlanta to Chicago to Jackson Hole (50 minute layover). Because of bad storms the flight was delayed for hours but they got us on a different flight through Denver and we still arrived on time, and with all of our baggage. Great job!"

Ưu: "Quick, painless flight from O'Hare to Austin, that landed much earlier than anticipated. I was renting my car 20 minutes before we were scheduled to land."
Khuyết điểm: "No entertainment options, even for personal devices on their 737s."
Ưu: "I enjoyed the great service, entertainment and the quickness of the flight."
