The flight was delayed and changed of boarding gates without notifying the passengers; no updates on electronic boards. Everyone had to wait for a very long time and tired. No food was served even though our ticket covered a dinner set. I got to my hotel after midnight. Terrible experience with this flight

Hotel tax and regular taxi/tuktuk didn't come out at this time. We were stranded at airport and was at the mercy of overpriced hustlers who charged 3x the normal price for a riding into town. They charged $10/person and put as many people into a car/van as possible. Are vanpool had 9 people, $90 for the van in total. The airline should have arranged transportation for us to correct the situation. The hustlers didn't give receipt, this we cannot make any claims. VERY DISAPPOINTED AT CAMBODIA AIRLINES!!!!!!!!!"

Since my son and I had already used our one time entry visa into Vietnam, we were not able to join the rest of the group at a local hotel. We instead had to purchase additional tickets for a 1am red-eye. Our wait in the area outside passport control had no food or water and even though we asked they would not bring us anything to eat during the 7 hours we had to wait to get our boarding passes for the red eye."

They tried to charge me $850 US. For 1 extra bag. After complaint that amount is crazy. They brought the manager over who then told me to bring him $450 in cash and they would accept it Big Scam. After going to the bank machine in the airport and getting the money. The manger put the money in his pocket and took my bag I couldn’t do much because i was about to miss my flight STAY AWAY. From this airline They have some inside scam going on with their employees STAY AWAY. Don’t become a victim like I did
They were short staffed with no managers on duty. Closed baggage check early causing me to miss my flight.

Instead of the flight attendants talking to each other they should have been monitoring the passengers. The person beside me took a phone call literally 30 seconds before the plane landed. As we were going down the runway ( from landing ) a person in the row in front of me and behind me made phone calls; CRAZY

The Flight Crew got us to our destination 10 mins ahead of schedule, considering also that we were 15 mins behind sitting on the runway for take off, which in effect meant they made up 25 mins. Fantastic job. The Aircraft was clean and well maintained. The seats were comfortable in economy for me, but unfortunately my Husband being a larger tall man was cramped and didn’t have a lot of room to move."

We waited in line to check the bag, found out that since we hadn't paid for it ahead of time, we could get the bag checked but would need to go stand in a new line to pay for it and could not have the bag tag until this was done. Then the new line only had one agent working all of the people who needed to pay for their bags. When we got to the front, we were asked to pay the bag fee with a credit card and the processing fee in cash. Since we were only connecting in Singapore, of course we did not have cash. She could not process the charge, walked us over to a new desk and a new line where they processed the bag charge without the cash fee (how this wasn't done initially, I have no idea) and finally, we were finished with the check in process an hour later."

I can only eat fish but they dont have it on their menu so i brought my own food but the crew asked me to stop eating it because it was not allowed. Im hungry and tired and was upset that time."

Paid for priority boarding: No priority security queue, no priority boarding. Paid for priority baggage: Took 60 minutes from landing for baggage to arrive. No priority, except for crew bags. Food was disgusting. Hard to determine where the plastic finished and the pasta started. There was no service, other than dumping a hot plastic box in your lap."

It there for cost me $48 to book the bag on at the airport one way back. For some reason when I was paying they could not take for the full amount on my CC and so I had to go change money as $8 had to be paid cash (very strange). The flight was very uncomfortable. I could go into detail but now I’m just ranting. Not happy. Won’t be doing that again."

The charge was about $150, for the same luggage I brought with me for free on two prior international flights that were part of the same trip, on much better airlines for about the same ticket price. I could have tolerated a charge of $50, but I found $150 to be outrageous. Seats were narrow, legs hit the back of the seat in front. No need for such a configuration, since the flight was only 1/3 full. I won't fly Cebu Pacific again. Congratulations, you lost my business."
