As a result, I was unable to use the ticket, and had to purchase a new one at the airport ticket counter. I called them several times to attempt to fix the issue, but they were utterly unhelpful. I have requested a refund, but am not hopeful based on their past performance. KAYAK should cut all ties with KIWI if it wants to remain reputable."

Due to fog in Brisbane, the flight was diverted to Gold Coast. After arriving in Gold Coast we had to take a bus to Brisbane. It's kind of a long story, but basically I will say it was handled well for the most part my China airlines. Certainly, fog was not there fault and they did everything they could to accommodate passengers, including putting us up in two very nice hotels."

Nobody on the plane knew what we were doing - who was supposed to get on the bus and who was supposed to stay. The Australian immigration authorities and Gold Coast airport staff took control, but again, China Airlines staff had completely disappeared. Nobody was there to tell us whether we should collect our luggage, how to get an appropriate visa to enter Australia, where to go to get on the bus (or even if we SHOULD get on the bus). I was really frustrated at the point, but other than that, I would say they handled it quite well"

With the Korean airlines the economy comfort seating was not an option but then actually not needed since the leg room was quite adequate. The blankets and other amenities for the flight were a nice touch with the blankets being very nice and cozy."

Overall, for such a long flight, the airline is a pleasant one with which to fly."

All in all I couldn't ask for a better way to make a 20 hr trip to the other side of the world."

Everything is perfect all staff in the plane is very good I will fly with Japan airlines every time if I go back Thailand thank you so much for perfect service
Japan Airlines should have done better incorporated with other codeshare airlines (JetBlue) to make sure our reservation doesn’t get mess up and that’s one of the reason why we stayed in Newyork for the whole day to wait for the next flight. Could have been much better experience but it wasn’t and worse. My flight got delayed in Newyork causing us to miss out our flight on the outbound from Narita to Vietnam. On the way back, the agent from JP airlines messed up our reservation and separate our name into 2 different reservations making us running around to figure out how to get the boarding pass for my partner which is ridiculous.

I called Kayak to resolve this since I had confirmation of the booking and was placed on hold. After 2 HOURS I hung up. At roughly 4:00 am I spoke with someone at Kayak who confirmed the flight was cancelled and that I was not contacted. An offer was made to put me on another flight a day later but that was impossible because of needing another Covid test. I was able to arrange another flight that was more expensive."

I feel good whenever I see her walks by, smile and very professional When the meal was serve but they only had one dish to choose instead of two ( I guess that day Chicken Masala dish was high on demand so there are only Japanese dish left) she said we are so sorry with a very sincere gesture , I chose Japanese food because I like Japanese food anyway , she politely thanks me for my choice and later bring a bag of small mix snack for me and said thank you for being flexible . Later on, when we getting off the airplane she even helped me to stroll my carry on out to the airplane because I was carry too many stuffs with me and my daughter being so tired of the long flight so I have to comforted my daughter . The stewardess saw that and helping me a hand . I wish every airlines has someone like this crew member . Thank you so much for the awesome service on Japan Airlines."

Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

Khuyết điểm: "wanted to upgrade from premium economy to business, but from taipei to houston was $3800 extra, after i already paid $1500 for premium economy. they never have business class full so don’t know why they don’t come down on their fares. i was quoted initially $1500 but then the tix agent called and told me the news..."
Ưu: "It's hard to get a flight out of Vietnam one-time using their cheap local carriers so I went with an international brand. At $200 roundtrip, I was worried there were going to be a bunch of charges for things as well as delays. But low and behold, UNI/EVA seems to have figured out cheap tickets that run on schedule and includes all the normal perks like luggage. 1:50am flight is perfect, left Vietnam on time and even arrived in Taipei ahead of schedule! I would definitely fly them again."
Khuyết điểm: "My only complaint is the lighting. There is too much going on in the cabin for a 1:50am flight. I wish they wouldn't serve food and not turn the lights on and off as its difficult to sleep. Also the flight attendants were very peculiar about just how much my bag was under the seat."

I was very disappointed that I was forced to check a carryon due to weight limits when it was under the size requirement. The weight limit doesn't make sense if it was going on the same plane anyway for free. 4. It is utterly ridiculous not to give full mileage for economy tickets anymore. Out of all the programs to cut, the loyalty program? Really? 5. Flight attendants were not particularly friendly."
Ưu: "Efficient boarding, on time flights and newer 777’s that are clean. Staff was very courteous and attentive. This was my first travel to Asia and I didn’t know what to expect with this airline. Truly impressed!"

The flight attendants were just overbearing and rude at times."

I have been a member with Asian Airlines for 6 years and won't change airlines for nothing even if I have to pay a little extra for great service."

Khuyết điểm: "My only "annoyance" was the touch screen tv was a little difficult to use. Due to the over use of the tv, I had to touch the screen several times to complete the function I was asking it to do. So overall an excellent flight!"

However, those who had connecting flights weren't able to make it and had to stay overnight in Korea. The next flight arrived 14 hours after the original scheduled flight"

Khuyết điểm: "The planes are old, have no wifi, and poor entertainment. But worst of all the seats SUCK! I had a window seat and there was a metal box in the foot space! A 10 hour flight with no place to put my feet or legs. The seat was cramped and unbearable. I noticed every window seat has this box. This should never be designed for a transatlantic flight. I will NEVER fly them again. The food was pretty nasty too. Rubbery chicken and the omelet was gross at breakfast. The check in process was terrible. Everyone just files in line, no order to boarding people."

Ưu: "Delayed flight for almost two hours while all passengers were already inside the plane( korea to manila) . So hot inside the plane, no air condition, no food, no comfort measures given to passengers. They should have not let passengers to board knowing that there is mechanical problem. It would have been more comfortable if passenger just waited at the airport gate."
Ưu: "The air "exercises" that you are forced to watch at the end of any Asiana flight are a joke- pressing on three pressure point? How about some leg or arm stretches? Flight took off and landed. Poor cabin speaker system; could not understand anything."

Ưu: "On my long-haul flight from Seoul to JFK - the middle seat in my row was empty, the seats were much more spacious than Cathay Pacific, and I appreciated how there wasn't a 10 minute promotional video before watching every movie/TV show as with other airlines. I am very satisfied with this airline overall!"

But just told her it was my fault and you cut the call. I think your customer service team helped me more proper and instantly. But I was so sorry because your team just tell me to cancel and to rereserv again. Of course It was one of the solution I agree. If I buy the other ticket. I can get a boarding pass with my name is on it with rightly wrritten. Beyond reponsibility, please think about my side in china. I hope you check about my comment and to think about your attitude.
