Khuyết điểm: Seats were uncomfortable, food was subpar. Paid extra for a “twin” seat and after this experience I think passengers should be paid extra to sit here.

Khuyết điểm: While boarding the flight from Dubai to Houston, no one announced about family boarding. About a quarter of the flight had boarded before we decided to get in the line ourselves, and they took us in without any questions. It would have been better if an announcement for family boarding was made. The Dubai to Houston crew could have been more friendly and welcoming.

Khuyết điểm: Would have been nice to get offered beverages more often. Was hard to get water as much as I needed without disrupting my fellow seat mates.

Ưu: Crew was helpful. Leg room is good. Overall the flight was good.

Khuyết điểm: Food could be better. Got Pizza for snack both ways. Could have been changed, and with 16 hours non stop, water should be offered more often. Although we can go get it ourselves, don't want to disturb others in the seat row to get snacks or water.

Khuyết điểm: The crew service is very bad, they are rude. And the thing from dubai to Hyderabad one of the attendants doesn't even help with the luggage, don't close the top shelf behaved as if untounchavility prevailed which Is very bad

Ưu: The Cabin crew was amazing, the ICE entertainment has many options of movies and programs, the flight was smooth to Singapore.

Khuyết điểm: Better kits for kids to keep them busy longer. The one that was provided kept my kid busy for about an hour or so in a 12hr flight.
