Everything was wonderful!
The best thing was that the flight was only 20 hours from Ahmedabad, India to Philadelphia with just 3 hours of layover in Doha. Food, entertainment, staff- everything was good.
Flight attendants were very rude. Food wasn’t that great.
The entire crew was awesome, very courteous and well above the standard. Keep up the good service and I would want to travel more with Qatar Airways.
My family of four have to sit four different seat. It was never imagined such kind of flight.

Very Spacious flight you can ask to move where someone is not seated. inflight entertainment was great, and great food! Bathrooms were clean. Service was lovely with members going round taking polaroid photos for memories of a journey. This was my first long haul flight and it went so smoothly thanks to the emirates team.

The seat width in business Class is the same as economy so lying on your side to sleep is an impossibility for all but the diminutive or children. It’s hard to justify 4-5 times the economy fare to sit in such cramped ‘pile em high, sell em cheap’ seats. Breakfast served just before landing at LGW was honestly the most revolting meal I’ve ever been served onboard an aircraft, and I’ve flown Monarch. Less scrambled egg than puréed egg slops with gristly undercooked chicken sausages. Ryanair would blush at serving up such lousy fare. Emirates are paring back the ‘overheads’ in business Class and its starting to show. Cheapening the product (in every sense) might work for some but if I’m going to stump up thousands I think I’ll choose an airline that treats me less like self loading cargo in future."

Well the seats weren't lay flat so I feel like I got played by Kayak and didn't have a very comfortable flight."

Thought, tgere was another delay and by the time I asked, it was too late to catch my flight and that's when I got a full dose of every single person w Turkish air trying to stiff me with the most outrageous penalty for changing Nguyen my ticket. Started out at $1114 on a $758 ticket, then went down to $925 and if I stay over night, down to $750. Seriously? Rude, talking down at me and telling me that if I don't pay the penalty, my return ticket will be cancelled. I keep getting bounced from one person to another being told to wait here and wait there then I finally got so sick of all of it, bought a new connecting flight online, spending the night in Istanbul and will see what will happen w my return flight to the US. I call this 'theft' as if i buy an entire new ticket from Istanbul to Cairo then back to the US online, it will cost me less than the penalty they're trying to get me to pay. Shame on you Turkish airline!! You'd think w all the issues they're having w tourism in their country these days they'd care about not doing this kind of mistreatment of their clients."

Khuyết điểm: "There should still be more leg room in coach. The screen in just my seat had a "loose connection", as it was a bit blurry sometimes -- enough to be annoying, but I still watched a movie OK. No other screens around me had the problem; they were crystal-clear."

Khuyết điểm: "Super tight seating on the plane. Terrible customer service at checkin in Lanzarote. there was a weather issue the day prior and hundreds of travelers were stranded. The baggage belt was backed up and therefore the staff couldn’t check in more travelers. This, we learned, not from the staff, but from walking around and noting the stacks of luggage etc Far better would have been for them to inform the 200 or so people that were waiting in line for 1 hour. You must pay for anything on the flight. A small bag of peanuts or such would be nice."

Khuyết điểm: "The only problem that I had with my flight is that my luggage did not arrive on the same flight. Possibly due to my connecting flight from DCA to JFK. Both American Airlines and British Airways reassured me that it would be at Gatwick Airport when I arrived. Unfortunately, it did not. It took approximately four days to get my luggage. This was definitely a lessons learned."

Khuyết điểm: "The male crew in the bag is not try to help people put on the carry on language to the top of cabin. He stood there and look at us. When I directed to him and asked for help, he just stood there for few sec. and decieded to help me but with an attitude. Same as the other lady need their help to put the backpack in, both male crests stood there and wasn't planning to help, and the passenger stood up and assisted her."
Khuyết điểm: "90 minutes delay for a 1 hour flight. They blamed the weather but no other flights were delayed except this one. Also, I purchased a seat with no checked baggage allowance and was NOT aware of this when I booked. Will not be flying British Airways again."

Khuyết điểm: "The food, the seats were old and cramped and i could feel every movement from the ppl behind and actually got shouted at by the man in front of me because i put my water bottle in the pouch in my seat. He thought i was punching the seat. inflight entertainment was brutal, limited selection of movies and bad ones at that. The screen was old and pixelated..... Food was bland and not edible. It was a red eye and we were not given eye masks, toothbrushes or ear buds. Horrble experience ill never fly BA again"

Khuyết điểm: "We had a quick trip planned to the go to London traveling from Amsterdam with British Airways. We were able to check in without a problem, but getting through airport security took a substantial amount of time, which caused sever delays getting to the gate. Once at the gate, we were told that we could no longer board the plane as the gate had already closed. Even more shocking, the service people told use that our entire itinerary (AKA our return flight) was cancelled as a result of this. You can imagine our frustration as we had tickets in hand looking at the door to the plane that we would have been allowed to walk through had security taken 5 minutes less. In the states, if airport security is holding you from missing your flight, this is communicated with the airline and proper arrangements are made. Unfortunately, this was not the case, forcing us to buy a new (last minute) ticket and losing a lot of money."

Khuyết điểm: "I ordered a ginger ale onboard. When the stewardess took my order and went to swipe my card, he made a comment that sometimes they have difficulties with USA credit cards. He tried 3 different cards and then when nothing worded, he asked if I had pounds to pay with. I stated no, that I had Croatian crowns, Euros or US Dollars on me at that point in time. He then looked over at me and very rudely asked me why in the heck I ordered the drink to begin with. I was already embarrassed that he was having trouble with my cards so to yell at me in front of everyone so much to the point the lady in the next row heard hi and offered to buy my drink for me. I would like to point out that even he made the remark that the machine sometimes has difficulty taking US cards. How was I supposed to know that none of the three cards that I had on me wouldn't work. I never had any issues with either of those three cards after that incident. They worked just fine so it was clearly an issue with your machine not my cards. I feel it was very inappropriate for him to treat me that way (especially over a stupid soda). My luggage then didn't make it to Ibiza in time because it got stuck in London due to my short layover. If BA can't figure out how to get the luggage transferred within that short of a period, they should not offer flights that close to each other. Secondly, I left a really nice down pillow and bag on my flight from London to Ibiza and I checked the lost in found at the Ibiza airport and it was never turned in. I never recommend BA to anyone."
Khuyết điểm: "Iberia airlines, operating for BA, refused to honor the tickets we had bought via Airfare .com. Would not let me fly!!!!!!! After several hours they found a way to put us on a later flight--got in late, had to stay overnight in Orlando. Don't understand!!!! Wife and I are in 70's--spent 22 hours trying to get home!!!"

Khuyết điểm: "I was not able to select my seat until 24 hours before the flight without paying, which I think is ridiculous. Once I checked in 24 hours before, I was still not able to select my seat. The problem was related to me booking through a partner airline. The partner (American Airlines) couldn't help me because they couldn't access the BA seats. And BA couldn't help me on the phone to select my seat for some other reason (I can't remember). I had to wait until I got to JFK a few hours before the flight, by which time all the seats were filled and I was stuck in a middle seat. Basically, I think there needs to be better communication or coordination between BA and their partner airlines to help customers before the flight, and also it is absurd to charge $35 to choose their seat."
Ưu: "Everything worked pretty well, and BA's staff was very correct. Seats are quite good, and flight wasn't full, which I greatly appreciated."
