I couldn't eat it anyways except the fruits. No juice or water either was served."

The flight was very good, no problems. Movies and TV to watch. Food was ok. My only criticism is switching flights in Manilla was awful. . I have never seen anything done in such a ridiculous manner.. I came from Singapore with a destination of Hawaii. I am from the USA, so of course I had to go through customs. Can't blame the airline for this, but the Philipines ought to reconsider this process.
Philippine airlines is the best airline going. Always friendly and accommodating. If they had flights from west coast to east coast I would never use any other airline. It’s always a great experience with PHILIPPINE AIRLINES.
Need a refresh on these planes
It took over an hour to disembark and almost made me miss my connecting flight. Maybe they could have let the other airlines know passengers with connecting flights were running late. The flight was long and the seat space was very tight. The food was excellent. Crew was friendly and helpful.

Even though the flight crew was decent, I will not return. This was my first and will be my last time flying with this airline."

i book the extra luggage through the site. but the next day i gat the mail that can not book and it was refused. and once i go to airport counter and did not even take the luggage to airport because it was refused. but the airport the airline charged me hkd 240 and then only issue the boarding pass. and they said it is in their system. point is it is miss communications between your and the airline. but you forcefully charge the money to me. i appreciate to check the issue and do the necessary refund.

Be prepared to pay for everything after you pay for your ticket 7kg carry on max limits pay for the food you may or may not eat, and if you get cold easily bring warm clothes. No joke this was the coldest airplane I have ever been on in my 15 years of travel, so cold in fact that upon taking off you can hear the ice crystals breaking loose and traveling through the air system. I am going to say that the plane was in good condition and the flight attendants and pilot crew seem to be well trained as well as very polite."

Khuyết điểm: "Our flight was cancelled because of weather condition while we were at the boarding gate, they didn't care about compensations or consider not risking putting the passengers under last minute pressure, at least they should've notified us ahead of time, they automatically rolled us in the next flight, however, they didn't confirm if the next flight will be cancelled or not. In order to make sure I can catch my connecting flights, I booked another flight from Legazpi to Manila on a different airline, in addition, I had to pay the hotel booking cancellation fees in Manila, since these fees can only be waved if I cancelled 24hrs in advance. Moreover when I asked for my ticket refund, they made a big deal out of it and after a ruff struggle they agreed to refund me, but whatever the refund amount was, it barely covers anything of what I had to pay for a new ticket+ 1 extra night stay in Legazpi + hotel cancellation fees in Manila, I ended up paying 400USD in total while I only got around 50USD ticket refund from them, and of course, add to that the stress and hassle I went through in doing this!"

Cramped as usual but not really an issue for an hour flight, but obviously the departure slot had been missed resulting in a 30 minute wait on the tarmac. At least the flight wasn't cancelled as happened to me last time!"
Ground crew clueless, delayed flight gate change without communication. Horrible experience. Will not fly Vietjet again.

Khuyết điểm: "Avoid at all costs. Delayed both ways. On the way out of Danang they would not even tell us what time the flight would be departing despite numerous passengers asking. On the flight, a crew member stepped on my foot with her heel. My foot was NOT in the aisle, she has stepped in to get past a colleague. She didn’t even stop to apologize. Her colleague apologized and said I’ll get you a glass of water. She returned after a good 30 minutes with a paper cup of water. There was no enquiring how I was or if I needed anything. Will NEVER fly them again!"

Basically the afternoon at Patong was wasted because we didn't arrive until after 5pm. Vietjet is renowned for this sloppiness and persistent delays."

Ưu: "It was exactly what we needed. On time flight with few frills but good price and efficient. No complaints at all. Crew did well keeping control of passengers that kept standing while seatbelt sign was on. Firm but not angry. Good job."

With one checked bag the additional 4 Kg in the bag resulting in an upcharge seems foolish. Other passengers weighing 4 times as much pay the same ticket price as our smaller lighter weigh child."

Will try to avoid this airline in future. Not a great first time experience."

Their website didn't mention any additional fees for check-in luggage, I didn't expect that as most airlines don't charge extra fees on international routes, how surprised was I when at the check-in counter I was ask to pay $36 for my 10kg backpack. We had been up onto a completely different flight, 4.5 hours later, with no communication whatsoever. We had paid extra for certain seats, And we're told during checkin these were given away. Thankfully they gave us the seats 1 row in front of what we'd booked. They should really tell passengers about flights, as this could have caused a lot of issues if choosing connecting flights. We were lucky to be able to rearrange our pick up."

The ticket agent required me to weigh my bag and since it was greater than 7kg said I'd have to check it. 2) Flight crew was running late which is entirely understandable. BUT rather than let the 200+ passengers know what was happening the gate agents said nothing."
