I’m not sure flight with such short connections should be sold at all - with the previous flight being late 20 minutes, we were met at arrival gate by Qatar airlines employee that told us our connecting flight left without us. They helped us with everything onward- getting new boarding passses, hotel and meal vouchers, but all of this should not have been needed if such short connections were not sold."

We were scheduled to start boarding at a certain time and we didn’t actually board until 45 minutes later. When we asked the attendants when we would begin boarding and did they have any instructions they were extremely rude, laughing with one another and taking selfies. When we we asked for the third time they brushed us off with a time frame. It was extremely disappointing."

The footrest was not long enough and the feet were dangling in the air. The blanket and bedding was provided almost 3 hours after take-off Worst of all was baggage handling. Our luggage was severely damaged. The handle to the suitcases was torn off. In addition the bags and the contents were wet when we received them in Boston. IT had been raining in Istanbul and it seems the bags were left out in the open. I've been trying to get Turkish to repair the torn-off handles but I'm constantly hitting a wall. I have filed a claim but the support staff sends extremely brief denials with no explanation."

The seat in front of me when reclined left an unusually small space in front of my face. I was very uncomfortable. I'm a small person weighs 145 lb. this was my fourth flight with Turkish Airlines and was the worst. My wife next to me in the middle seat was fortunate that the passenger in front of her did not recline her seat."

One of the flights did even give headphones. The staff wasn't rude and not helpful, and didn't make the flight comfortable. I had high hopes flying with Turkish Airlines for the first time, but I was thoroughly disappointed with everything."

They refused to check the bag and caused me to miss the flight, and offered to rebook me for over $2000. Shady. Most unhelpful agents. You'd just better hope you don't have an issue, because the customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. Won't fly them again."

Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

Many people 'cut' in line. It wasn't until someone yelled at them about the problem that they started to honor the line. Unfortunately that was five hours in to the wait!"

Ưu: "Flight crew on flight from Amsterdam to Cape Town were probably the most friendly and enthusiastic I've experienced and no, they were not all young. The plane was spotless throughout the flight. They were always coming around with water and juice and they genuinely seemed to care about all the passengers. The Flight back crew were just the opposite. More like the old lazy farts you get on the American carriers or BA or QF long haul. Whoo have been there for the long haul and should have stopped ages ago."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight delayed ... Myself and three other colleagues didn't have our luggage show up from KLM flight from Amsterdam to Brussels...even though all of our luggage was labeled "priority". Once in customer service line, we looked and saw that many of the other passengers on our flight also never received their luggage. We estimated that 20-25% of the people on that flight did not receive their luggage as they were in line with us for the same problem. Hard to understand how so many pieces of luggage could have been overlooked and not loaded on our flight. Obviously there is a huge gap in their quality system to ensure mistakes like this are prevented."

The plane seemed comfortable but the seats sit too far back, so when the person in front of me sat his seat back, his head was almost in my lap. It made it hard for me to move or read or do anything. The food was super bland and the drink options were pretty limited. The entertainment selection was much more limited than most flights."
Ưu: "I loved the colors of the flight.light blue and green. Gave a peaceful ambience. The flight attendants were very courteous and smiling. Especially the women flight attendants. The food was excellent. It was interesting that the flight from Helsinki to Chicago served a Indian style dinner comprising of lentils, rice and chickpeas. I liked that too, though I prefer the meditarranean fare. I liked the boarding as they were very strict about families with children and gave them priority before other passengers."
Khuyết điểm: "I did not find too many indian films which I would have liked, especially in a flight because Indian movies are 3 hours long and help to pass the time quickly :). I would have liked more variety in the Hollywood movies as well. They mostly had much older films and hardly any of the new releases while Emirates flight had lot many more new releases and oscar winning movies. They served the Indian amul cheese which is not worthy of serving on a flight, and they could have served some better cheese."

Ưu: "The employee at the checkin counter in Oslo set everything up for us regarding our wheelchair and walker. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She arranged for a pick up in Helsinki with the airport's crew. They helped us unload the plane and then had a personal accessible bus to take us from where we landed (outside of terminal) to the gate of our next departure. The crew were all extremely professional and efficient."
Khuyết điểm: "The leg room is never enough on the long flights. The flight from Chicago to Helsinki at 10:00pm was not nearly as good as the flights from Oslo to Helsinki to Chicago. The crew was not as pleasant, the lights were not turned off until after 1:00 am and then turned on hours before the light "breakfast" was served."

Ưu: "I have Parkinson's disease, and my ability to walk is dependent on how long it has been since I last took carbidopa/levodopa, and how much I have exercised while standing since taking my medicine. I have difficulty walking narrow aisles, and in crowds. The staff was very understanding, and let me pre-board, ensured someone was there to help me deplane, carried my carry-on for me, and did everything possible to assist me. The crew/staff was wonderful!"

The WiFi was offered only limited time , which was very shorter than I expected but overall status with cosy mood made me as if I were at home . On the other hand , the finnair check in counter had only two , one of which was business and the other was economy it took about 40mins to send my luggage and check in ."

It's always about the airport problem with crowded passengers or in size not aeroplane. Everything is about time control . ICN is quite large in scale so I couldn't use duty free shop due to so many passengers and the spacious hallways even though I had 2hours . perhaps you gotta presume it as 3hours for enough time . so I had to throw out my lotion or moisturizer at ICN .pfff I wasted my money :p"
