Even worse: chaotic deplaning with one crew member telling passengers to deplane and another yelling at them in the bridge for doing so. A mess of lines trying to get a new boarding pass for a rebooked missed connection—at the front of the line the agent said oh, you need to wait in this other line. Agents had no clue where to direct passengers and gave incorrect directions that necessitated more waiting. No updates to new flight time in the business class lounge. Once the flight was in the air, service was terrible. Attendants would ask for orders, then never bring them or bring the wrong thing."

Khuyết điểm: "I Booked a flight that stated that it only had one stop in singapore, then direct to SFO after arriving in singapore i was told that i had to go to a transfer counter, that there was a problem with my ticket. after arriving at the transfer counter they took my boarding pass for my dircet flight to SFO, & told me that i now had a stop in hong kong, that the direct flight to SFO was over booked!! this is not right i wouldn't of booked this flight if they had been truthfull about the extra stop. i will never use singapore airline or kayak again!!!"

The airline did nothing to prepare for this situation. It took hours to get another flight organised, communication was non existent and refreshments took ages to come. Airline didn't help with finding a hotel for stranded passengers."

I was placed in the back row all the way to my destination and all the way home. I vomited 8 times and felt very sick. I did notice that there were many seats available in the front of the plane but they are never given out as women with babies and children always get them and then single travellers like myself are made sit in the back. I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

Khuyết điểm: "I requested a chicken meal and I told the steward that I would wait because he did not have anymore at that moment. He never came back until it was time to pick up trash. I proceeded to tell him I never got the main course, he apologized and told me that there was only an egg entree left. I went ahead and took it, then as a way to apologize he offered to get me a piece of fruit, a banana. I accepted but he never came back with it. It was not a big deal but I did not appreciate being offered something and then no follow up. Next time do not offer something and then not follow through."

Khuyết điểm: "Onboarding was ridiculous. They merged two gates together with no instructions to the large crowd of people boarding the plane. We were scheduled to start boarding at a certain time and we didn’t actually board until 45 minutes later. When we asked the attendants when we would begin boarding and did they have any instructions they were extremely rude, laughing with one another and taking selfies. When we we asked for the third time they brushed us off with a time frame. It was extremely disappointing."

I get that the box probably contains some crucial equipment, but can you at least round the edges so I can lay my leg against it without cutting off my circulation to my foot? Other than that, typical Qatar luxury (as much as you're gonna find in coach)."

Ưu: "The flight attendants were professional and polite, I requested low-fat meals and they were good, the entertainment was very good, the air temperature was comfortable, most flights I had were on time."
Khuyết điểm: "The legroom was a problem. Seats are kind of narrow, and then, with the lack of legroom it’s somewhat challenging to shift your legs, especially when the seat in front of you goes back! I felt like the person was almost in my lap. My cup even got crunched. I think my biggest issue, though, lay in how I was treated after paying $127.00 to obtain a day pass for the lounge each way. For my inbound flight my purse was branded with an “economy” class luggage type tag, and I was made to feel as though I was trying to sneak in. I had to show my boarding pass a number of times to employees after asking for the location of the lounge in order to be directed there, and then my credentials were examined as though I was trying to get into Fort Knox. Upon arrival at the desk, I was somewhat tersely informed that I had 6 hours. I went out of my way a bit in order to fly Qatar, which is supposed to be so wonderful, and I was underwhelmed. I’ve had better experiences on Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines."

Ưu: "The flight got delayed for 4.5 hours. We didnt receive any call, sms or email informing us about the delay. We went to the airport for checkin only to discover that it was delayed! No justification or any reason were given to us. We are travelling with a baby. We had to get a taxi to return to our home and return back to the airport after 4.5 hours. Called qatar airways and send them a xomplaint email. No one cared to answer. The worst flight ever. Will never go with qatar airways anymore"

Khuyết điểm: "I have flown previously with Qatar and was not so impressed. Everything was great this trip up until my return to the United States. I should have suspected a problem when I was requested to change seat in order to assist a family who were in separate seats. Moving was difficult as the plane was being loaded. I managed to get to the seat offered to find someone sitting in it. To top it off the individual was wearing a surgical mask and carrying a large immigration bag. I requested a seat forward but I was denied and I later saw other passengers moved forward to seats that I was denied. If I had known that the flight would have been full of possibility sick immigrants I would have chosen another flight or airline. At certain times the smells were very bad. I felt as a ff member I should have been treated better or been made aware of possible health risks."

Ưu: "I was the third person in the line. The ticket agent couldn't find my ticket as multiple tickets were booked on my name and all tickets showed X mark. After 20-30 minutes of wait, I finally got my ticket but the security and custom lines were very long by that time. Never flying Qatar again."

And so kids had excellent time during the 14 hour journey. The crew were very sweet to all the kids. Very patient and fullied there numerous requests."

Khuyết điểm: "29 passengers were arriving in JFK from MSP, a flight that was delayed due to ground staff issues at JFK (which means that Emirates' partner airline had some issues?). Plane was delayed but we landed just in time to make the connection or so we thought. After running through the terminal, we saw our plane attached to the gate for 53 minutes(I have pictures to show) but Emirates gate staff said the flight is now closed, and didn't let us board the flight. They didn't help us rebook our next flight, or pay for hotel or transportation. And some of us couldn't fly for 2 days because they were overbooked on their future flights. And that's what really happened - Emirates was overbooked for our flight, and conveniently used the excuse that they didn't know our flight had landed in JFK (seriously), and their ground staff was totally non challent about it. They asked us to call the partner airline to rebook, who instead asked us to call Emirates. 4-6 hours of calling for most of us in the middle of the night. Emirates has social media presence on Twitter & Facebook but it's like chatting with a wall. Its 100% useless and waste of time, and I have asked them where I can send my complaint but they won't respond."

Khuyết điểm: "Some stewardesses were in a bad mood and responded badly to passengers"

Ưu: "The coffee was good for breakfast. After an overnight sleep, one wants coffee a.s.a.p. The scrambled egg breakfast was good and tasty. The croissant was fresh. The Batata bhaji was quite good. I appreciate the pre-meal wash cloths. Again, I like the good choice of movies/TV programs, as mentioned in my previous flight. The vegetarian pizza was very good. The flight attendants were very pleasant and helpful."
Khuyết điểm: "I would like to be offered a second cup of coffee for breakfast, as the cups are small (not complaining about the size of the cups, as they are standard on planes). I asked for tea after lunch which when I tasted, it was only warm, not drinkable. I told the flight attendant and asked for a new cup of tea. I didn't get it until later, I asked again. This time I got it, but it was weak and not a good cup of tea. It was like a tea bag had been dipped once into hot water. Pre-lunch drinks were not served until after lunch."

Khuyết điểm: "Boarding chaotic and unorganized. Cabin temperature = sauna for first 90 minutes. Everyone stressed. Babies crying. No water. No service. But all seat back screens lit and hot. Awful."

Ưu: "Everything was great and the service was really good. The drinks were really nice with many options including a half bottle of red wine."
Khuyết điểm: "My food took sometime to come back as they ran out of lamb. The clean up service took awhile and my used cups were still on the table. But overall I like the Emirates."

Ưu: "My Emirates flight was great, superb and amazing. I recommend all traveling to Milan or any destination of Emirates to fly with them. The A380 is one of the greatest aircrafts I've taken. P"

Khuyết điểm: "My above head storage was occupied with airline stuff. They boarded a little late and there were no separate lines for front and back of the plane."

Ưu: "The flight was empty-ish in the back of the plane, & I was allowed to lie down across 4 seats. I liked that they allowed boarding from the back of the plane (along w/ front). I also liked that most of the food was vegetarian (& the crew pointed out what to avoid). I always forget to special order."

Khuyết điểm: "old plane, connections at IST are inconvenient and the airport is in terrible condition. Flight was crowded and boarding was chaotic. Ran out of meals. Plane was quite hot (and I'm usually cold). Overall poor quality."

Khuyết điểm: "There was one female crew member who was a bit rude and unpleasant. Not once did she even smile when interacting with us. The rest of them were very nice. Would have liked more variety in entertainment and food/drinks."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight left early, without me. Instead of beginning boarding at the time printed on my ticket, like every other airline, boarding was completed and closed fifteen minutes before my ticket said they would start, so even though I was eight minutes early I was actually seven minutes too late. Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

Ưu: "I liked the fact that they gave us two meals and offered drinks three times. I have gone on a different airline that charged for everything and wouldn't even sell water."
