At least one seat on each row should be eliminated, as well as one row to give economy class room. I was on the aisle (seat D), and was unlucky to have a woman and her husband (seats E & F) ask me to get up several times (because passenger in seat G was asleep). I was not at all happy with the movie choices; they were mostly modern and violent. Food selection was unavailable. Menu choices were chicken & fish. Chicken was NOT AVAILABLE."

The hotel was good but getting there with the big bags for just a few hours and then the flight was scheduled for night (12 hrs later than original schedule) They could have just held the checked in baggage with them, or arranged an alternate aircraft to arrive sooner."

This subjection to standing in the heat in 3 lines of additional checking was lunacy. The plane was nasty , no tissue or paper towel was available in the bathrooms. The one toilet was out of order prior to taking off 1 hour later than our scheduled departure time"

Khuyết điểm: "The space on ALL airlines now are so claustrophobic it is not that fun to sit squashed into a tiny space. Air travel companies in general has teally made people who can't afford to go first class feel like livestock. But the trip was pleasant due to the crew's nice attitude."

Khuyết điểm: "I wanted to cancel my flight on Turkish as I was concerned about safety after the terrible attack there at IST. I was told that TK were changing tickets and issuing refunds for a period of 7 days after the attack - and I was scheduled to fly on day 8. They refused to refund or change - all they would say are 'fare fules' - 'fare rules'. When I passenger has a concern over personal safety, and in the aftermath of a large scale lapse in security at their main hub, they should be more understanding and not stand by their arbitrary 7 day rule."

Ưu: "This was our first time with Turkish Airlines. I love that an inexpensive flight gave such wonderful service. My favorite thing is that they treat children well. We will definitely use again."

The entire flight was stuck in the airport for while without any information. The customer service hotline was unable to help anyone because there was a miss communication from the staff in the airport and our flight hadn't been canceled in their system yet. It's was my worst flight experience to date"

Khuyết điểm: "By the time they reached my row (37), they had run out of lemonade, chicken dinner, and even customs card. That was poor stocking. The service was mediocre at best. When I asked for beer and a cup of water, the female flight attendant ignored my request and just gave me water. Chicken entree had run out. When I pointed out that I do not eat beef, I was given a half-eaten special-order vegetarian tray: the salad, dessert, bread were all missing. I had to ask again for the rest of the contents of the tray and the male flight attendant was none too happy. So much so that, come breakfast time, he deliberately skipped serving me breakfast - he served the people on both my sides, and just walked away without so much as an explanation. That is rude and obnoxious behavior not becoming of anyone in the service profession."
