They pressurized us to make one baggage over weight from all 7 bags and harassed us to do it quickly because they are closing counter in 20 minutes. That's how they charged me another $65. Also they lied on the counter that your seats are in a row but when i went into the plane our seats were separate. Lesson learned don't trust the person over the counter of Qatar airways."

The food was good: an unbelievable improvement from the previous flight (I recommend the chicken). The ICE system was impeccable. It had a wide selection of movies, TV shows, and games as well as access to the news. However, the flight's greatest perk my have been the compassionate crew. They were very helpful and friendly. They offered many accommodations, like a pizza and photo, all for free. Overall, the flight went very well."

Also, when boarding finally began, the line was extremely long and moved very slowly. That was the only event that marred the flight to JFK."

Families with babies and young kids should be seated in their own section with some type of sound barrier. The flight attendants did nothing to control these families who took over sections of the plane as if it were their own personal space. I empathize, Im a mother. But have some common courtesy!"

The quality of the plane is still amazing, I love Airbus even in economy class and I am 6'2 tall. So enough space for my legs, the plane seemed to be pretty new. Love it. No problem during the boarding. Staff very efficient at that time The same during the flight. they were there to provide us a high standards services. Thank you Emirates."

The Abu Dhabi lounge was large and looked very beautiful with it's appointments, but it was also packed with people (late time of day, I know), noisy with men pacing around shouting on their cell phone headsets, and I wasn't aware of the many services they had like the spa, no one informed me when I checked in. I understand this airport has a lot of business and first class travelers from all countries, but they need to better organize the lounge into designated "quiet areas" for people like me where cell phone use isn't permitted, family areas, where the kids can run around screaming unimpeded like they were, and also direct newcomers into areas where there are less passengers so you can find a place to sit & grab food without wandering around this cavernous place looking for a place of respite"
Khuyết điểm: "The experience of transferring through the Abu Dhabi airport was a little hellish--very hot (I know it's the ME in summer), long lines, I was patted down in a cabin by a security office because of the underwires in my bra, which I was cool with, but my carry on luggage was kept outside the cabin area with my passport and money with people swarming through in lines. Not cool. I've probably never had an international transport experience like this, outside of Cuba where they pulled me aside and interrogated me by agents even though I had a visa and had documentation I was presenting at an education conference at the government state hotel, (and I'm Panamanian American, I speak Spanish, maybe that's why they though I was a scientist/spy). This airport definitely needs more basic staff and better organization. But I'd have to say this wasn't any worse-- other than the heat--- of any US or European transfer experience I've had in the last 10 years. Lounge staff in Abu Dhabi were kind of jerks compared to other airports, they were very stand offish (like they couldn't be bothered to help you, or maybe it was my Canadian/American accent)."

I will never fly Etihad business unless I have no choice."

I am an oversize person which can make flying difficult in many ways. first, they never made me feel like I was inconviencing them by asking for help and then 2nd, when one of my neighbors decided to make a big fuss about it, they asked me if I'd like to move to a better seat (which I was happy to take them up on). I had a long layover and was given meal tickets to get food at the food court in the airport. Everyone was very kind."

He said I would have to call american. I tried several times. (I also called british air and they said they could not help.) Each time i tried American the message said they had high volume call back later. I reported this to BA and have not yet had a response."

We called 3 times totaling over an hour to get a flight the next morning. We had to book and pay for our lodging & dinner (2 rooms for 6 people) A nightmare of a trip!!!"

Khuyết điểm: "Kayak/JustFly charged us a fee to pre-select our seats which was appealing traveling with a baby. However, upon checking in, we found that the seats were not reserved and the fee was a marketing ploy. The airline attempted to separate our family of 3, but luckily it was not a full flight and we were able to sit together with no help from Kayak, JustFly, British Airways, or American. Kayak/JustFly made the experience of traveling overseas with a baby more challenging than it otherwise would have been which is a terrible way to conduct business. We will never be using these services again and will tell family and friends to do the same."

Khuyết điểm: "We booked a round-trip flight on AA from Philadelphia to Dublin. Due to changes in our travel plans we revised our flight dates. The phone customer service rep who helped me make the changes, assured me that the AA policy was to group families together after she informed me that I could not choose our seat assignments at that time. Arriving at the Philadelphia airport, we used the self service kiosk to check-in. The issued boarding passes put my wife and me in different rows on one side of the plane, and our nine year old son on the other. I asked a roving AA customer service rep if it would be possible to change our seat assignments and explained what we were told when rebooking. She waved vaguely in the direction of the baggage counter, and told us we could change our seats when checking our baggage. We brought out baggage to the counter and informed the customer service rep working there what we were told by the kiosk and phone representatives. She immediately yelled at us and told us to calm down, even though we were merely asking and explaining. Each time we attempted to explain our situation or ask where we could seek assistance, she bristled. Finally, she told us we should go to the main check-in counter because she could not change seat assignments. The check-in counter rep was very brusque. She said she could not change anything because we had boarding passes and should accept the locations because it was an international flight; however we could ask at the gate if changes could be made. At the gate, service was provided for three flights - Dublin, London, and Manchester(?). We stood briefly in line and were motioned up to a desk for the London flight. I informed the customer service rep that we were travelling to Dublin, and what we were told by the previous AA representatives. Without checking to see if was possible to seat the three of us together, he told us that he could only put my wife and son together. Somewhat relieved, we asked him to revise their seat locations. He made the changes and handed us our new boarding passes. As we walked away from the counter, I noticed that the new boarding passes were for the London flight and did not have my wife's or son's names. We returned to the counter and told him that there had been mistakes made. He immediately snatched the passes from us and berated us for not telling him that we were not going to London. I told him that we had told him of our destination as soon as we approached the counter. He retrieved our original passes from the trash and told us to wait for the Dublin flight reps to arrive. Immediately, I called the AA toll-free number and informed the phone agent of all that had happened. She was able to locate two seats together for my wife and son, and told me to inform the gate reps of the information. Because of character limitations I cannot tell of the counter rep who was an angel and managed to seat the three of us together. Thank you!!!"

Khuyết điểm: "Our seats had no power and couldn't adjust. The crew manually did it for us but we never got it to go close to flat. We were on an old 757 which is such an embarrassing product for AA compared to the new or refurbished planes."

Khuyết điểm: "Check in was ridiculous, one enormous line for all the "one world" airlines. Which although we booked Finnair, the flight was with American Airlines. Then at check in we weren't given the seats we chose when we booked the flight, actually we weren't given seats at all until the flight was boarding. And although half the flight had not been assigned seats the boarding agent had an attitude that I wanted to get my seat assigned. The airplane was circa 1992, there was a box tv in the aisle every few rows. We flew NY to San Juan PR in July and had personal entertainment on a 3-hour flight, but not ona 6-hour trans-Atlantic. Then there was a problem with the fuel tanks and apparently it was right in the middle of shift change, so one shift went home and the captain didn't know what was going on. "I'm embarrased" he said and we sat on the ground for almost 2 hours. The crew were great, the dinner was fine but yogurt and a weird muffin top is not ok. The best part of the whole flight was a free jack & ginger ale. Based on this experience alone I wouldn't fly with Finnair again. Our trip was for a wedding and most everyone else flew Air Lingus and had a flawless experience, poor choice on our part!"

Khuyết điểm: "I thought the flight attendants were somewhat distracted and rude. When the flight first started I had a problem with my tv screen saying that I was blocked out. When they finally fixed it I was excited to watch a movie like everyone else around me. However, my headphone jack in the armrest did not work properly. I thought it might have been my headphones but I tried two different pairs including the pair provided by the airline. I was only able to hear scratchy background noise but no words. This meant I had to go the entire flight with no movie or music. That was highly disappointing. I told the flight attendant about it and she reset my screen thinking that might be the problem but it did not help at all."

Our checked baggage was lost for 2 days. The London airport has more strict rules for carry-on bags and liquids so much of our items were confiscated and the worst part of all was being told at the gate in Chicago that they didn't know why I was removed from the flight but that I would not be allowed to board because they couldn't reach anyone at the American Airlines desk. We pleaded for help for over an hour and were basically asked to sit down and be ignored. I was sobbing when my husband and I were separated and we were worried we might not find eachother in London or in our final destination of Dublin since we had no cell service."
