This passenger continually kept encroaching into my seat, either sitting on a portion of my leg or putting his shoulder over my shoulder, even at one point used me as lean on. Overall ANA staff is very nice, friendly and smiling, but seems to get overwhelmed and confused very easily, and take FOREVER to do simple tasks that their US counterparts do 3x or 4x FASTER. --> do more regular TRAINING of your staff at airport counters !"

I like that they respect that it is a night flight and serve the meal quickly so it can be dark for the whole flight and you can sleep as much as you can. I like how efficient the layover is in Doha - only 40mins!"

I don't like that they can't tell you the gate of your connecting flight and how long it will take to get you there - including if you will need to take a bus and the train. I think this could reduce a lot of anxiety. If they could do this, it would also be helpful to let people who have a connecting flight that is boarding in the next 30 mins off the plane first. This would save pushing and shoving in the aisles... and would also reduce anxiety about booking a flight with such a short layover."

I would be more concerned if my flight had a close connection if this is a standard practice. This was my first flight with Qatar. If the practice is standard I won't keep flying them."

Khuyết điểm: "Before I start my complaint I would like to say that my family and I had 6 emirates flights this year and 5 of those flights were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our traveling with emirates but this 1 flight came out to be the worst flight of my life. I made online check-in and chose our seats and all was successful but when we reached the airport and I opened my app, it displayed that online boarding pass was not available. After moving slowly in a long queue, when I reached near boarding counters, an official checked my name in a list and informed that there was some new tax applied on us and thus I had to visit counter 5 or 6 to pay that tax. We joined the queue of counter 5 but it was not moving at all and I noticed some people being served at counter 5 who were not in the queue, thinking that counter 5 might take longer, I joined counter 6 queue where there were only 1 family and 1 passenger ahead of me, for next half hour we stood there but that queue didn't move. Finally after some time another counter called me, he confirmed that I had made online check-in. We were given boarding passes and were asked to wait for tax processing, After another 15min, we were given all papers and were requested to move to the immigration counter. After immigration when we were going through final security check, the emirates official asked me to hurry up, I showed him that the security process was going on in front of him, upon that he asked why I was late to airport, I informed him that I made online check-in and I was required to be there 90min before the flight but I was there 150min before the flight and it was in front of him how long the tax processing took, upon that he said that I should have been at the boarding counter 240min before the flight and that I should be aware of the facilities at the airport (although it was my 1st time there). I had not made any complaint on what had happened so far to anyone and I was not rude to anyone although I was with my wife and 1.5 years old son who was crying coz of warn weather and thirst, we couldn't provide him with water coz we were standing in queues all the time. But hearing such comments from Emirates official were quite unbearable but still I stayed calm and reached at the gate. When I handed over the boarding passes, I was told that my boarding pass was missing and I was quickly blamed by emirates officials that either I reached there without a boarding pass or I had lost it. When they checked in their system it showed that I was already boarded, I understood that they gave my boarding pass to someone else but they kept on saying that I had lost it and also informed the same to plane crew, then they made a manual boarding pass for me and let me pass the gate. We were the last passengers to enter the plane. When I reached at my seat, there was someone else sitting there, upon taking attendant's help, it was discovered that the passenger sitting there had my boarding pass."
Ưu: "Expenting better from the Airline and Airport. Airpor has only 2 lounges at other terminals for passengers flying either Delta or United, Not for Emirstes and no Priority Pass. The service was not as expected, took me more than 25 min to get a flight attendant to reach my seat to request a glass of water... when I went to the back of the plane to get water I was told to get back to my sest since seatbelt sign was on (it happend to be turned on for 12 hrs over a 14hr flight... Other than that service is better, than modt of US airlines. I flight frequently and I have boarded Emirates before, economy and business, I feel that they do not deserve best airline qualification for economy, fir example KLM is much better."

She didn't want to give me water, I had to ask if I could have some water. TSA held me up, I almost missed my flight had to be rushed on and no place to put my things so I had to sit squashed in the middle seat with all my bags for a 12 hour flight. I won't EVER go through Boston AGAIN. I won't ever chose Emirates for that long flight again, if I can help it. The WORST!!"

Khuyết điểm: "Passenger seated next to me was bigger than the seat could take the whole flight it was u uncomfortable for me to even move an inch He was a smoker and smelt really bad I was told the seat next to me would be empty There was no space for my bag as others brought more than 1 piece of luggage with them on board The toilets weren't checked it was wet and dirty throughout Usually I fly 2/4 times in 60 days with emirates but this was the worse experience I had things on my tray before landing the hostess rudely asked me to put it in the pocket ahead of me as she didn't want to take it from me which is what I had originally requested for On the outbound flight I think your net package by mistake charged me Twice ! I strongly suggest if someone is bigger than a certain size then they should book 2 seats as 17 hours it wasn't easy for me to ask him to sit in a correct manner or have the handle half up so he uses my seat too Overall u satisfied and painful experience Net was slower on outbound too"

Ưu: "My experience on Turkish Airlines exceeded expectations. Boarding was smooth and the flight was on time. Service was excellent and staff professional. The crew was courteous but the hostesses could try smiling a bit more. Their courtesy was appreciated but it felt very methodical, more of an obligation and not spontaneous. The pilot did a great introduction and gave information about the trip. Also the plane toilets were clean compared to other companies. I expected to see a wider selection of more recent and award winning movies. Will definitely fly Turkish Airlines again."

Khuyết điểm: "You need to buy a visa if you want to enter the country and they only accept USD, Euros or GBP. The only currency exchange is on the other side of passport control so you have to use one of the ATMs and they only give you $100. The staff is unprofessional and seems clueless when you ask them for help. The kiosks are a nightmare and working with them is worse than working with the people. They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to."

The food was just unbelievably good (usually I'm not excited about food on planes). I can't imagine what experience you get in actual first class then. Great job! Please, never change it!"

A really nice perk was the kit given to all the passengers in economy class with slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, lip cream, and eye mask - no airline does this anymore and it is to be commended. The food on both legs of my flight (New York to Istanbul to Nice and the return) was actually very good -- this was the second time I've flown on Turkish Airlines and I look forward to flying again."
