The checkin staff at Delhi Airport was very rude. Instead of solving the problem they started shouting. Also there was no one to pick helpline of Singapore Airlines. Must avoid Singapore Airlines if you have another options.

They changed her seat from Seoul to Singapore. When I wrote to them about it, they came back saying they had offered her a seat change from LA to Singapore, and she had declined, which is absolutely false. When I called that out, they said, maybe they did not offer aisle seats (note that the broken seat was not aisle). So it just shows that they don't want to accept that they messed up. They even told me that despite their best efforts in pre-flight checks, certain defects only surface when the flight is in progress. Will never ever travel on this airline again."

Once we were on board the plane pulled away and departed a full half-hour before schedule. The early departure was welcome, but unexpected and made us feel more rushed than necessary without prior notice."

I have a hard time believing it was the weather, but who knows? There were absolutely zero gatw agents there to offer any helpful information. They eventually gave us food vouchers, but it was about 5 minutes after 90 percent of the applicable restaurants closed. Everyone on the flight was forced to eat at dairy queen, which quickly ran out of everything anyone wanted. I will never fly Vietnam Airlines again."

Once we arrived in Hanoi we were informed of 2 more delays in our departure. I am traveling alone with 3 children all under 12 yrs &I make a concerted effort to book flight with the shortest layover possible. What would have been a 10hr door to door travel time turned into 16 hrs. Needless to say, I will not fly Vietnam Airlines by choice again."

Khuyết điểm: "BUSINESS CLASS - After watching a YouTube video about PAL business class, my wife and I got sold to the idea of upgrading. We tried to do so on online check-in but the system wouldn’t allow us to change our seats. So we tried to buy the upgrade upon our baggage check-in but the attendant told us that we couldn’t for it is fully booked. We even tried to buy an upgrade to premium economy but was given the same answer. We told the attendant that it’s okay and thank you for checking. But as we were boarding, 3 people in front of us got upgraded to business class for free. This was very upsetting as there was no reason nor any explanation given to us. HOLDING GATE - On top of the above mentioned are the unorganized boarding. We were asked to scan our bags and our passports/boarding pass checked just to be at the gate. At the gate “holding area”, we couldn’t have water and there are no washrooms. If we wanted to have water or go to the washroom, we’d have to go out of the holding area and line-up and get scanned and our documents checked again. Mind you, this process was done already before entering the boarding area. PAL just redundantly did it at the gates. And there’s not enough seats for the waiting passengers at the gate. I saw people sitting down on the floor waiting for boarding. MABUHAY LOUNGE - My wife and I inquired about if we could buy access to the lounge but was declined. The reason given to us is that the lounge is only for business class flyers. There are no other lounge area in the Terminal 2. FOOD CHOICES - There are not a lot of food choices in Terminal 2. They have some for snacking but if you’re waiting or flight gets delayed, there’s a big chance that you’d end up eating the same food again. WILL I FLY PAL AGAIN? - My wife and I are frequent flyers. With all these reasons, until PAL get it together and do things the right way, we would not recommend nor fly PAL. Flight PR116 MNL-YVR July 22, 2018"

Good entertainment options for no extra charge. Did not get nickel and dimed over crappy movies and a bag of peanuts like USA based airlines love to do. Will use again as usual."

They want you to use your personal device which I would not do as this would drain my battery. There is no charging station on the plane. 3 out of the 4 PAL flights were delayed each by two hours or more. I would not take this airline again. I got a cheap fare of $600 roundtrip and now I know why it was so cheap. The airport in Manila is so shitty limited seating and limited choices of food."
Ưu: "On our return flight from Narita to Manila there was this family with 3 little kids and seating directly in front of us , the little girl cried the entire flight of 4 hours every 10 seconds and the mom didn't do anything to calm her , even wearing a headset I can hear the girl crying. The crew should have done something to seat them at the end but they were seated in the middle. Was so annoyed ! Flight attendant were slow taking our empty food tray. 1/2 hour later or more before they finally take it. No addt'l crew to give drinks after the meal."

Departure at your own time
The worst kind of budget airline. To be honest....the plane was not that bad. Would have been good to have some food choices and some water. What was by far the worse is the passengers/customers that this airline attracts. Coughing and spluttering all over one another with no masks. Just disgusting. Pay for a better carrier and get a better class of passenger.

Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!"
Ưu: "Except for a 1-hour delay, overall the flight was good, smooth and enjoyable. Loved the inflight meal. For the price we paid we got meal and 30kg baggage allowance, we thought that was just value for money. And they departed from KLIA and not klia2 which is more convenient."
