A mess of lines trying to get a new boarding pass for a rebooked missed connection—at the front of the line the agent said oh, you need to wait in this other line. Agents had no clue where to direct passengers and gave incorrect directions that necessitated more waiting. No updates to new flight time in the business class lounge. Once the flight was in the air, service was terrible. Attendants would ask for orders, then never bring them or bring the wrong thing."

You really can get several hours sleep. The cabin crew is outstanding, patient, and extremely responsive to requests. Two meals served were excellent. Entertainment choices were complete. After a number of flights in Economy on other airlines I'm spoiled by Singapore Airlines and also by Business Class. And their fares seemed much less than others for the JFK to FRA route. Had no idea this level of luxury existed on an airplane."

We later upgrade seats via Singapore then discovered the duplicate booking and misspelling. To fix that JustFly cancelled the booking with the seat upgrade. Singapore restored our upgrade at the airport but only on one direction so we had to go through it all again."

Khuyết điểm: ""Customs" at JFK came to an entire halt. All passengers where stuck in the welcome hall for 1h, without any information, why held there and why nothing was moving forward. All CBP booths were closed, but 8 (eight!) employees, who normally direct arriving passengers to the kiosk-machines where hanging out in two groups sharing private stories and having laughs instead of at least informing passengers, what was going on. Lots of passengers where outraged...a couple in their mid 70s in front of us had to sit down on the floor, since they had circulation problems from standing in line so long. Sadly, JFK isn't what it used to be anymore."

The crew was very uninterested. Seemed very absent and not into assisting patrons. Overall, not what I have experienced on prior Qatar Airways flights. To add insult to injury, I was sitting next to an EXTREMELY smelly person, which didn't make the experience any easier :( Not the airlines responsibility to ensure patrons exercise proper hygiene, but that didn't help the situation with my hungry growling stomach."

The tray was dirty! Co-passengers in the row behind me were also complaining The audio lead of my headphone would not go into the outlet in the seat armrest! So I had to use audio from neighboring (empty) seat and sync it with video from screen for my seat. What a pain!"

Very Spacious flight you can ask to move where someone is not seated. inflight entertainment was great, and great food! Bathrooms were clean. Service was lovely with members going round taking polaroid photos for memories of a journey. This was my first long haul flight and it went so smoothly thanks to the emirates team.
The crews are not friendly and not attentive. I was waiting for toilet for a sometime and the crews were distributing food. They passed me as I waited for the toilet and asked me if I want a pizza and a drink of my choice. I said yes, pizza and a water please and I am seated at Seat 17G. The crew noted and said will give me a pizza later at the seat but at the same time she passed me a glass of water as I still waited outside for toilet. My seats are not near to toilet and the air stewardess expected me to hold the glass of water while waiting for my turn outside of toilet clearly demonstrates a lack of common sense. I also indicated that I wanted the drink to be at the seat but she hurried away with the tray. My flight at Emirates was booked by KLM due to flight delay from Zurich to Amsterdam. In my original flight with KLM, I had clearly indicated and chosen vegetarian diet but such option was absent in the Emirates flight. There was a crying baby throughout the entire flight seated at the row of 17 at flight from Dubai to KL. The cabin crews did not do anything or try to control the situation with the crying baby which was already bad with parents who did not control the baby. We heard so many good reviews about Emirates and was excited to experience Emirates for the first time but it turned out to be a bad experience.

Hats off to the crew who patiently handled it."

First flight which did not have either Pepsi or Coke products. Only carbonated drink available is spirite.. very disappointed. Crew was not friendly.. Even when the wish for entry or say bye, attitude and face they make towards Indian looking people was very unacceptable."
Ưu: "The experience starts in the Brisbane lounge. Thai Airways has the use of the Air New Zealand loung and it has to rate as one of the best. Modern, Open feeling well lot by natural light, comfortable chairs and so many electrical and USB outlets. The food is magnificent. The 787 to BKK has flat beds so it's very easy to get some sleep. Staff were attentive"

I booked this through Travelgenio and requested a cancellation due to COVID related impact. Their customer service was absolutely terrible and they informed me after the flight had departed that they could not cancel my ticket. Worst experience, will never use them again. Strongly reconsidering using Kayak in future given how poor the travelgenio experience has been.

Khuyết điểm: "The international transfer process at Manila airport was the worst I’ve ever seen. They had about 20 people standing at a desk for about 90 minutes with no explanation as to what was going on. In that time, nobody was released to go to their gate, but they wouldn’t explain what was happening. There were about 10 airport staff standing there, mostly doing nothing. The process was inefficient, to say the least. There was no place to sit, no toilets, no order to any of it. In most international airports, after you deplane, you just walk to your next gate. There seemed to be no logical reason for that awful experience. It would have been much faster to go through customs and then go through security, walking directly to the gate."

Khuyết điểm: "Our flight from HK to LAX we were told that the pilot refused to wait for us even if we arrived in HK from cebu at 11:35 of July 29 and our flight to lax was at 12:05 .Cathay couldn’t do anything about it. We were billeted in a hotel far from the airport with free breakfast but no lunch was provided and the earliest flight they could give us was scheduled at 16:35 of Juy 30. Upon returning to the airport I asked a cathay staff regarding provisions for lunch but I was told there’s none.Overall our trip both to and from LAX were very uncomfortable and inconvenient. I hope Cathay will do something better in situations like we encountered. As of this writing I and my husband are still at HK airport waiting for our flight to LAX."

We were unable to seat together for the long flight. On the plane, I noticed 2 family members travel together got aisle seat. I was really disappointed that Cathy Pacific allowed passengers pre-select seat in this method and has no authority or unwilling to accommodate others that flight together. Will not flight Cathy Pacific again."

Very comfortable with great pitch. Food exceptional and beautifully presented. Dim sum for breakfast was sensational. Pier Business class lounge breathtaking, with several large rooms with different food options, served to you - the fresh made noodles a must - and a staffed, well stocked bar. Absolutely gorgeous space."

The passenger behind me had his shoes off the entire flight and put his feet in the space beside me near the window. His feet smelt like vinegar and sweaty socks. The passenger beside me was overweight and he spilled into my seat partially. All of this did not make for a comfortable flight but thankfully it wasn't too long."
