Purchased additional baggage and the flight was canceled due to covid. When they rebooked us they didn’t carry over the extra baggage. They wanted to charge 3x the original ticket price for “added” weight… 6000 bhat for an additional 15kilo (which would of been easily covered by what we originally booked) took nearly 2 hours to work out and they only let us check in minutes before our flight boarded. Very unhappy.

They wouldn't allow you to use them even in airplane mode for some reason, despite most other airlines worldwide allowing airplane mode throughout the entire flight."

When I booked, I must have put the ticket under Susie instead of Susanne and despite showing her my passport she said I was going to be charged 800 baht to fix my name. It took two separate supervisors for them to realize that the passport number I booked with was in fact the same passport number I was presenting to them. I also wanted to check a piece of luggage and had to go to a different counter, waiting on another line to pay for the luggage. Not one person explained that upon landing in Bangkok for my layover that I would need to take my luggage off of the carousel and then repeat the process I did at the Chiang Mai Airport. It baffles me that they have no organization because prior to getting up to the counter, 4 people were clearly unhappy with the customer service. I would not recommend this airline company to anyone, in fact I would advise that people wouldn’t use it."

Then once we get into a building we have to walk up a flight of stairs with our suit cases. I was traveling with my 72 year old mother. Not impressed. It's one thing to delay flights it's another to make your passengers go through hoops to get to their destination."

What was originally 7pm flight turned in a 1230am flight, 5.5HR delay. Arrived into Siem Reap airport at 130am, which was pretty much closed. Hotel tax and regular taxi/tuktuk didn't come out at this time. We were stranded at airport and was at the mercy of overpriced hustlers who charged 3x the normal price for a riding into town. They charged $10/person and put as many people into a car/van as possible. Are vanpool had 9 people, $90 for the van in total. The airline should have arranged transportation for us to correct the situation. The hustlers didn't give receipt, this we cannot make any claims. VERY DISAPPOINTED AT CAMBODIA AIRLINES!!!!!!!!!"

The airline service desk was unapologetic and did very little to help. Since my son and I had already used our one time entry visa into Vietnam, we were not able to join the rest of the group at a local hotel. We instead had to purchase additional tickets for a 1am red-eye. Our wait in the area outside passport control had no food or water and even though we asked they would not bring us anything to eat during the 7 hours we had to wait to get our boarding passes for the red eye."

They wrongly denied boarding to one of the passengers, claiming he needed a visa that he did not need (as confirmed by Vietnam Airlines transit counter later in Ho Chi Minh city and by the Vietnamese Consulate. This resulted in us buying a brand new ticket for later time and applying for a visa, given there was no ground staff from Vietnam airlines who could help."

It was as t even 7:30 when they dimmed the long guts. Only one bathroom in the back and we never saw someone go forward so we were t sure if there was one in the front. Very tight seats."
Ưu: "Flight was good. Left a little late still arrived on time. I was traveling with one extra bag. 18 kilos. Cost at counter was $150.00. (Ouch) Anyway after paying the extra bag fee I went there office in the airport and purchased the same extra bag for my return flight for $28.00. Nice flight but make sure you purchase ample baggage when booking your flight."

Khuyết điểm: "Please be forewarned, pay for your bags ahead of time if you can figure out how. We had a short flight from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur and had not paid for our bags. It ended up costing us more for two bags than the flight for the both of us. For that reason alone I would probably not fly with them again unless it was the only option."

To think that we have to pay for such an essential item to life as WATER, when it is free on most other airlines....or at the very least you can get a glass of water. I couldn’t believe the charge price for a tiny bottle of water and the fact that you can’t even get a glass of water either. This is an outrage and a rip off to customers."

No offer of free water, what's up with that?!?! There was no entertainment on board for an overnight flight, no blanket, no pillow. And on top of that we paid too much to check in a bag when we arrived at the airline desk because we didn't include it through our Kayak booking. Had we known there was a method to follow, we would have to avoid the excessive fee."

Paid for priority boarding: No priority security queue, no priority boarding. Paid for priority baggage: Took 60 minutes from landing for baggage to arrive. No priority, except for crew bags. Food was disgusting. Hard to determine where the plastic finished and the pasta started. There was no service, other than dumping a hot plastic box in your lap."

Boarding was painfully late and slow. As we arrived in the early hours of the morning the cost of taxis were double the normal price. Still no compensation as promised by the airline when they initially advised us of the late flight. Could do a lot better."
Ưu: "Scoot Airlines is a budget airline and is a great choice hopping from one spot to another in SE Asia. I use it quite a bit for travel between Singapore and Bangkok."

Only one service officer was being bombarded with questions from passengers when it would save so much trouble just making a proper announcement in the first place. Boarding queue also merged with another flight departing at a similar time, causing a massive bottleneck. Whilst on board, pre-ordered food was not served with cutlery and it took another 15 mins to get the attn of the stewardess to get the cutlery served. Would have been faster to just get it myself."
