Ưu điểm: The room was well set out with an extra bed for a 3rd adult. The beds were all comfortable and the sound proofing was excellent so we all got a good nights sleep. Useful in room safe and tea/ coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent with a wide ranging fresh buffet and hot food cooked to order. The best thing however was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special as my daughter celebrated her 21st birthday. They arranged a bottle of Prosseco and chocolate strawberries as well as a card and balloons! Fantastic and huge thanks go to Beth and Kostatin for all their care and attention. The restaurant was also excellent, a new experience for us to have Peruvian food and the staff were helpful with reccommendations.

Ưu điểm: The location of this hotel is great. We were able to walk to so many sites from the hotel. We also liked that there were two Underground stations nearby. That made it convenient getting to and from the airport without taking a car service. The room was nice, and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. We also like the option to include breakfast with our stay.

Khuyết điểm: The housekeeping each day was just okay. Some days they didn't give us more than one wash cloth (there were two of us) and other days they left the windows open in our room. We were also disappointed with the breakfast each day. We would've like the buffet to include a few more options for the price. On the mornings that we ordered breakfast from the kitchen, it was often slow and the service was not that great. Other than those minor things, we enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Mercer Street.

Ưu điểm: I regularly stay at the Rosewood in London and am never disappointed. The surroundings, the décor and a feeling of build up when you come to the Hotel; through the gateway to the inner Court yard and coming to the spectacular reception area. Staff are very mindful of what you'll need and very experienced. The Hotel in general is wonderful and the rooms are quiet when you need them to be.

Ưu điểm: First I just want to say that this is an exceptional hotel. From the moment you exit the cab to the moment you leave. The staff across the hotel go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need with the utmost highest levels of service. The restaurant onsite is great. The bed was comfortable and I really enjoyed reading a bath in the tub. The added perk of being able to use the sits facilities as a guest of a hotel was wonderful. Perfect way to unwind after a long day. Located no more than two min walk from the tube. Was just a great location that was just or of the hustle and bustle, but easily accessible.

You come from the busy Holborn area, in the middle of busy professional London, go through entry gate and its gone, you're in another place, calm, luxurious and extremely pleasant. A huge bonus for me is that the Hotel is wonderfully quiet, a real escape.

Khuyết điểm: We booked a superior king room with walk-in shower which we did not get. However they did compensate with a late check-out. We travelled by Eurostar so stayed at the hotel twice, going and coming back. The first room had a walk-in shower and only lukewarm water and hardly any water coming from the sink- room on fifth floor. On the second visit the room was larger and more comfortable but with an irritatingly squint shower over the bath - room on ground floor.

Ưu điểm: The staff was great and very helpful. The location was amazing, and the restaurant/lobby area was the perfect place to work and hangout when not at meetings/out exploring.
Khuyết điểm: The room was quite small - the glass in the shower didn't go out far enough so the whole floor would get wet, but otherwise great room and the rest of the facilities were wonderful.

Ưu điểm: The hotel was very clean, modern and had a ton of style. The staff was very friendly and they even left us a little surprise in the room for our honeymoon celebration. We especially loved the lobby and restaurant/bar. It was busy from breakfast to dinner but not too busy, just enough to give the hotel a good vibe. Breakfast was delicious!
Khuyết điểm: The rooms were a bit small but we were aware prior to booking. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel room so the size didn’t bother us. The beds were also very comfortable so that helped!

Khuyết điểm: Unfortunately every time I stayed in the hotel is worse than before, this year I stayed 4 times and every time I find it worse before !! For example:- 1- Upon arrival at 12:30 pm, the reception refused to hand me over to the room. I know check in must be 2 pm but my room ready why not give to me !?! 2 - the reception asked me a visa card (for deposit, I tried to pay cash but refused Im explain to him my point that I can not put the visa card but strongly refused to pay cash and insisted on taking the visa !! 3 - The price for breakfast 21 £ when booking from the restaurant, but when booking from the reception price 18 £ when I decided in the morning to pay through the reception was refused ! I can not pay only when the check that I can not change my mind !! 4 - I had 3 rooms in the hotel and one of them for the disabled I asked her an extra bed was rejected due to of security reason ! (After that the hotel manager enters and solves the problem) 5-Noise noise noise !! The hotel puts DJ in the lobby late at night !! (All people can go to the disco or bar if they want to I dont know why they need annoyed guests by hotel mangment !!

The manager, Ryan, was outstanding and went out of his way to fix the issue. We really appreciated how much time he spent fixing this for us. Would stay at this hotel again.

Our room was upgraded to one on the 6th floor with a view of the park. So a lovely gesture due to the staff finding out it was our Anniversary. Complimentary Coffees Teas or Lattes etc. with snacks so good touch there. Will recommend and stay there again. Thank you.

Ưu điểm: I loved the bed, it was like sleeping on a cloud. Really big, clean, soft and comfortable. Could not fault it. The next morning I had porridge for breakfast and it was gorgeous. The outside of the hotel is impressive and the staff are friendly and professional. Location wise, it's perfect and situated right next to a lovely park, yet in the heart of London with shops, restaurants, pubs etc just feet away. I would stay here again.

Khuyết điểm: I love a cuppa in my room and was disappointed to see there was no sugar and no spoon provided to stir with. I like little extras like a biscuit or sachet of hot chocolate but this was so basic I didn't bother making anything. I couldn't see out the window as it was slanted and had a tightly fitted blind. It would have been nice to see out.

Khuyết điểm: The only criticism I have is is that the bedding is made up of a sheet and a quilt. The quilt is clearly not the type that is washed between each guest’s visit. I prefer a clean duvet cover every time. The quilt smelled of someone else’s aftershave and I didn’t feel massively comfortable about using it.

She also informed me about the swimming pool, etc. I found it very helpful. Also, the location is relatively convenient, by walking distance to the tube station.

Khuyết điểm: Disappointed, having paid for an upgrade to a room with balcony the view was over a busy street. That didn’t matter really, as balcony was only big enough to stand on! The room appeared to have been very recently refurbished. Sadly, the cleaning standard was very poor - accepting that staff are allowed little time for each room there were still several areas that had been missed, despite obvious need for attention. Marks / solids on carpet / occasional chair etc. As a separate issue, was also frustrated that because of reserving through booking dotcom the Rewards Scheme (now Bonvoy) - didn’t allow credits for earning points or special promotion emailed (fairly understandable) /nights stayed (unreasonable) / green credit for cancelling room cleaning service (dishonest!). I did take this up with Reception as there was no membership condition on the green promotion in the room. The Receptionist kindly agreed to give a credit, subsequently.

There's been some decrease in the looking after you factor since the Hotel was taken over from Meridien and in general a bit cooler. The rooms and location in a way make up for it. Special mention for the restaurant staff. I was very pressed for time and they made sure the breakfast was sped up and done. much appreciated.

Ưu điểm: I was so looking forward to staying at this hotel because of the location and its boutique style but I was so disappointed in my room and more so the price I was charged to stay in what I can only describe as a prison cell shoe box. I paid £494 for 1 night. This did not include breakfast, it had no Tea or coffee facilities in the room because that is how small the room was, yet it had an espresso machine hidden in a wardrobe area so that area could have been utilized for a small kettle and full tea/coffee facilities. Even the Premier Inn make room for such amenities. To get a hot drink you had to walk down a corridor from your room to a pantry. Early on a morning and before a shower means you have to get ready just to go and get a refreshing morning drink to suit your personal choice. The bathroom had no area for me to put my wash or make up bag, I had to put down the toilet seat to place these whilst I was using the mirror to get ready. The pillows were so soft that your sleeping with your head on the mattress and for this boutique price tag, you most certainly should have the option of a firm or soft pillow. You could not swing a cat in this room and was so difficult opening a large suitcase to get your belongings out every time , then close it up just to have some floor space. The room overlooked the roof of Kingscross and had no view whatsoever. Whilst the room was quiet and the reception staff were very nice and accommodating by allowing me early access to the room as it was ready before normal check in, overall I felt ripped off with such a huge price tag and I would never stay at this hotel again. When paying such a high price tag for 1 night you dont feel the need to question the hotel in anyway and trust that it would meet this price level however I took it upon myself to review further due to my disappointment to find that on other nights they sell these rooms online for as little as £199. I would never book here again !

Khuyết điểm: Hotel doesnt have a fitness center and pool of their own. They next door one which is extremely hot and could not breathe. The manager on duty was in helpful. Terrible experience staying there as I took that hotel mainly because of the pool.

Ưu điểm: I’ve stayed there many times and it’s always a pleasure. The location is perfect, by the station so you can get anywhere so quickly. The building is gorgeous with so many common spaces to unwind and chill out. It’s a good place to meet new people. I’ve been traveling around Europe over the last two years and Palmers is the cleanest hostel I’ve stayed. The staff is a plus as well. Always nice and helpful guys.

The people who work there are very friendly and always willing to help, the place is incredible, it’s really close to the underground station, the breakfast is great, everything is SUPER clean and the vibe is really good! I would definitely stay again and again and again!

Ưu điểm: All in all I like this hostel pretty much (this is my 3rd stay there). Staff are always very friendly and helpful, the building and the atmosphere is unique and relaxing.
Khuyết điểm: It's not super convenient to use the bathrooms. There's no space to place clothes and stuff, and sometimes when it's busy you have to find an available shower on another floor.

Ưu điểm: I’ve stayed there many times and it’s always a pleasure. The location is perfect, by the station so you can get anywhere so quickly. The building is gorgeous with so many common spaces to unwind and chill out. It’s a good place to meet new people. I’ve been traveling around Europe over the last two years and Palmers is the cleanest hostel I’ve stayed. The staff is a plus as well. Always nice and helpful guys.

Ưu điểm: Privacy curtains round bunk are great. Bunks are solid and don't move. Cheap price, great location near tube, pretty quiet at night even tho it's a hostel in London.
Khuyết điểm: There was a heatwave and no air con meant room was very hot. There was a fan but it didn't do much and was noisy. But it's rare that the weather gets so hot so it wouldn't put me off staying again.

Ưu điểm: The first time I stayed in this place was about 7 years ago, so I wanted to go back because I remember how much I loved it. And it was exactly how I remembered! The people who work there are very friendly and always willing to help, the place is incredible, it’s really close to the underground station, the breakfast is great, everything is SUPER clean and the vibe is really good! I would definitely stay again and again and again!

Ưu điểm: The ambiance in the room is very exquisite. It is very rusty and have this classic feeling in it. Love every details on the wall, the light setting and the kitchenette area.
Khuyết điểm: The staff can be more engaging especially at the front desk. I've requested for lower bunk in my email due to injury at my ankle, however the email went unnoticed. During the checked in process, I've had mentioned about the request once again because it really hard for me to climb the stairs- the respond - we cannot move you to lower bunk as there is no availability throughout your stay. FYI, I stayed here for 3D2N.

I attempted to call reception to report the issue but they didn’t answer on several attempts (despite the site saying it was 24 hour reception). When I eventually got through, it took staff over half an hour to come up and respond. This resulted in a restless night.

Khuyết điểm: The pillows were horrible. There were four and every single one was hard as a rock. The fact that the room doors slam shut with a huge bang was disturbing and neighboring slamming doors woke me up both nights. I’m sure my door slamming was annoying to other guests as well.

Khuyết điểm: The room was terrible. It was badly designed and very difficult to stay in. The bathroom was not only badly designed but dangerous to use. The bath was too high and almost impossible to get in and out of for a shower. There were inexplicably several completely unnecessary steps along the corridor which were difficult to manoveur a suitcase over and no staff to help bring up bags or take you to your room. The check in staff member wrote our room number so badly in our key folder that we went to the wrong room and had to go all the way back down to reception to get clarification for the room number. In the room the television didn't work properly and therr was no information about how to use the facilities. I had to guess how to call housekeeping cause although there was a card next to the phone there was no number on it. The room was designed so there was only one major blinding overhead light - no lamps or reading lights - so when one of us wanted to sleep the other had to sit in complete darkness. Add to that even in the day we had to have the blinds drawn because the windows looked out on a filthy alley with several drunkards leering up at the windows so we were always gloomy or over lit. There was no attempt to soundproof the windows and we were kept up most of the night by the constant loudspeaker from Warren street station announcing it was closed or closing or evacuating.. Plus all the police and ambulance sirens. It was all small irritations but considering how expensive this hotel was it all added up to a very poor stay. When we checked out no one even asked us how our stay was or if everything was OK.. Cause honestly they clearly didn't care.

Ưu điểm: It was clean and welcoming. The service staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and were absolutely fantastic . Just what I needed after a long flight from Australia. Well done team!
Khuyết điểm: Not much you can do but the lifts were very small. Bit of a squeeze for one person with a large suitcase and backpack. I’m not a big person either.

Ưu điểm: Location is great, very close to King Cross Sttn. Breakfast yogurt was also great! Lights setting in the room with different colors was pretty cool. It’s a compact room but well presented.
Khuyết điểm: The signs to get to the room in the halls weren’t very accurate, it a bit of a maze; the arrows directions are a bit misleading.

Ưu điểm: Room were really cute and location was ideal. Staff were super friendly
Khuyết điểm: The bathroom is really tiny with a transparent door which is not idea when traveling with family

Khuyết điểm: I was given the key to my room and when I got there there was a man already in the room. Very poor security for a business travelling female.

Khuyết điểm: The bed. Worst bed I have ever slept on. Hell all the morning. Had to sit for a while every day to remove the pain.

Khuyết điểm: the bed was extremely small and short! we are 178cm and 184cm tall and both our legs were hanging out of the bed. this was not really nice - the rest was good!
