Ưu điểm: There was no room on executive lounge for breakfast but we were seated on the 10th floor which was actually better. Breakfast was decent and service was lovely. The Spa facility was nice too, quite basic and small but cute, clean and better than nothing. The roof top bar was definitely a bonus too but be sure to reserve a table as gets really busy on the weekend.

Khuyết điểm: We tried to reserve a space on roof top bar when we booked but no one got back to us so we didn't end up getting a table. I also think the room should be left with more water or at least each floor have a water/ice machine but this is only a mild suggestion rather than necessity.

Ưu điểm: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. Nothing was to much trouble .

Khuyết điểm: It was odd that we played bar game on the fri evening and my husband was given the sliders no problem, but when our guest (who was staying in the hotel too) went to play on the sat night he was asked to leave a £10 deposit .

Ưu điểm: Bed really comfy, room spacious and very clean, excellent on site facilities. Rooftop bar was fantastic.

Khuyết điểm: Our room was on the 9th floor, underneath the rooftop bar - we were not advised of this on arrival and found it hard to get to sleep for the noise. Spa area was looking a little tired.

Ưu điểm: After reading so many reviews I was expecting bit more from this hotel. I felt like its somewhere between 4 star to 4.5 star hotel. I didn't have too many complaints, everything was smooth from check in and out taking only 30 seconds to comfortable beds etc but i think having lived in other 5 star hotels it felt like little bit less than I was desiring for.

Ưu điểm: We were let down by booking via Amoma and not realising we had lost our previous booking and money due to the company collapsing. Having a quick search on booking.com and the Montcalm came to our rescue. Perfectly located and good value for a last minute panic when we found ourself stranded in London without anywhere to stay at 9pm!

Ưu điểm: The hotel was trendy, modern and comfortable. Located only ten minutes walk to Liverpool Street station the location was very easy to get to and handy to bars in Shoreditch. The staff were all incredibly polite and helpful and made the room extra special for my patterns birthday. The room comes with mood lighting, a scent and a Nespresso machine. The aviary rooftop bar has a cool vibe with a DJ at the weekend & great views of London.

Khuyết điểm: The bathroom floor looked like it had splashed on it although the rest of the bathroom was spotless.

Ưu điểm: Everything in the hotel was amazing other than the mini bar.

Khuyết điểm: Only dislike was the extortion on the mini bar I was charged and it took them forever to refund me my deposit.

Ưu điểm: We were only there for an overnight after a long haul flight, but found the hotel to be comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The staff were considerate and helpful when we encountered a problem with our room.

Khuyết điểm: The first room we were allocated had a pungent smell which meant we simply couldn't stay in it. We were then moved next door, only to find that once the window had been closed the same smell built up in the room. We only discovered this after an evening in the bar with our son, so were eventually moved at 11.30pm to an upgraded room. All a bit inconvenient, but the problem was well handled by staff and we eventually got a comfortable night's sleep.

Khuyết điểm: One staff at reception was unfriendly when i asked her about the access card was not working for lounge. I needed to take tea or breakfast. But rather than helping, she asked me to bring identity card etc. I had no time, so i left the hotel without breakfast. In the evening someone else helped me and urgently checked the card and rectified problem. I am surprised, if card was not working why the staff needed to see once again my passport etc which was in the room and i needed extra time to go to room and bring the passport to show her. when my card already was issued for the room, but had some issue at lounge access.

Khuyết điểm: Room for 3 was small and felt cramped for 3 adults. Towels and tea and coffee were supplied for only 2 adults. Couldnt contact reception and house keeping by phone so had to go down to reception to request these.

Ưu điểm: Everything was excellent by comparison to other venues in London. This is a truly good hotel.

Khuyết điểm: There was a little smell in the room where I stayed at.

Ưu điểm: The bedroom was clean and tidy, the bathroom was very clean. The girl on the desk was very welcoming and the cleaners were also very friendly.

Khuyết điểm: The bed headboard was worn out. On leaving we noticed the whole floor was being renovated. Therefore I'd imagine the bed would be replaced. All in all though, quite satisfactory.

Khuyết điểm: The food we had was really disappointing in the restaurant! My daughter had soup which was really tasteless and watery! She couldn’t have the bread to go with it as we were told it had nuts in, ( she is allergic to nuts) My aubergine dish was quite tasteless. The chips were undercooked. The spinach and green beans were delicious!

Khuyết điểm: Bad cancellation policy. Still dont even know if it was cancelled. Was told i would be contacted about a week ago and havent had the time to call them yet again. They never called or emailed me back.

Khuyết điểm: Go for a private room, shared seems much more noisy and disturbing. Only 3 available toilets (?!). It seems that the hostel has quite some "permanent" residents. Not a problem, but it lets the travelers not so comfortable with the felling to be in someones place.

Ưu điểm: staff were great and funny, facilities and the vibe/atmosphere was amazing and well exceeded my expectations. The rooms had a lot of space and storage not to mention the beds were comfy and had a lovely duvet cover.

Khuyết điểm: Run down with broken appliances and dirty carpets. The bathrooms and showers smelled strongly of mold.

Ưu điểm: This place is really good if you travel on budget. They have a spatious kitchen with all appliances including oven, so you can cook proper food (and save on expensive restaurants) They also have storage in the fridge and for dry grocery. They organize tacos Tuesday, pizza Friday's and other events which is really nice. Would be cool to see a movie night or something like that there. Also they have a good space where you can stay and work with your laptop, if you would wish to (and save on expensive coffee shops)

Khuyết điểm: It seems that number of WC is not enough for the amount of people staying, but on other hand I never had to wait for more than 2 min. Just avoid rush hours to get to bathroom

Khuyết điểm: I didn't like the Bathrooms and toilets, They are so dirty and water was everywhere. Power sockets are all located in one corner, that is not helpful for guests as they can't keep an eye on the electronic goods all the time. Rooms are so hot without ventilation!

Ưu điểm: The location was very good for us, with quick and easy access to Camden and Holloway. The breakfast was better than adequate and we didn't expect luxurious surroundings for the price we paid. The lady in charge was very pleasant and willing to be of assistance.

Khuyết điểm: Once we had set our budget, our expectations were tailored accordingly. So, for that reason only, there's nothing we didn't like.

Khuyết điểm: Everything was terrible: staff, communication, location, hygiene, rooms... they were so tiny that you could wash your feet, pee and brush your teeth at the same time. No communication whatsoever, no answer to our complaints. Nobody at the reception during opening hours. SHAME. Never again!!!

Ưu điểm: Great location in North London. It is 5 minutes walking from Tufnell Park tube station and 10 minutes from Holloway road where you can get several buses to the downtown. The staff are very nice and friendly.

Ưu điểm: The hotel is a 5-minute walk from a black line of underground called Tufnell Park. The breakfast is very simple white or brown toast, butter, Nutella, jam and 4 kinds of cereals, available cooked breakfast contain eggs, bacon, and beans. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily. We left every day in the morning and come back in the evening, so we really did not spend much time in the hotel. There was one lady doing everything from reception to cooking breakfast, she was really kind and nice.

Khuyết điểm: The only thing was that the wifi really wasn't working at all, we are at the first floor so I am not sure if there were many people on it although the location was very good and reception strong or they just turned off because around 10 am when everyone was gone, wi-fi worked perfectly. We were on the 1st floor so, in the morning, you could smell toast from the toasters.

Ưu điểm: Having read some bad reviews I like to make my own mind up , The property was clean , the lady was friendly and made conversation not at all rude , she clearly works hard . The room was a good size and very clean , beds comfortable , shared bathroom was always clean , hot water and good pressure , the breakfast was fresh and hot . I would stay again , location is good £7 Uber to the city center . I send this as a work with my family coming up for the night , it was safe and quiet , my little boy thought the lady was lovely .

Khuyết điểm: Overall, our experience was very negative. We were left outside the B&B for about 20 minutes when we first arrived after ring the bell a couple of times. I assumed no one was in, so I called the number provided by the hotel on my booking confirmation. I got through to the manager who told me to ring the bell again and that he would contact the receptionist who was in. Rang the bell again, and the receptionist answered. Everything was fine, she then got a call from the manager while we were checking in. Her attitude completely changed when she got off the phone, and wouldn't listen when we said we were ringing the bell for 20 minutes and that's why we called. She told us we didn't ring the bell. My partner apologised to keep the peace and off we went to our room. On the final night of our stay, we wanted to make a mug of tea in the kitchen. My partner went to make it and found the receptionist was also in the kitchen. He asked if it would be alright to make tea, and she was very dismissive and rude, saying it wasn't allowed and only at breakfast. She was very unprofessional in how she addressed him and made him very uncomfortable. Once she "gave us permission", my partner had gotten the hot water and was looking for the milk. He asked her and she kept saying that she "told him already" and that it was upstairs at reception in the machine. She raised her voice at him and at this point, he just returned to our room without milk as he felt very uncomfortable about the whole confrontation. If guests aren't allowed in the kitchen during the day/night, why not just place a kettle in each room? We felt so unwelcome and unwanted at the Five Kings Hotel that we were excited to check out. It impacted our trip a lot and I hope the hotel use this review to improve the conditions of the B&B. We do not recommend this B&B.

Ưu điểm: It was cheap for being bank holiday in London and the location was good, 20 min walk to Camden and the bus stop about 5-10 min away, the area was lovely

Khuyết điểm: The shower was inside the room and the toilet room was very small. The doors were always slamming even when you didn't wanted, walls a bit too thin. If you lose your key the amount that you need to pay I personally found it a bit excessive £100. Breakfast it's ok, I would might, reduce the basic breakfast and improve the full English as it was bacon ,eggs and beans (not very form them) and they didn't asked you if you wanted the eggs in any way, they were dry everyday. The reception wasn't open 24h, it isn't a problem but it would be helpful. However, it's alright for what your pay.

Khuyết điểm: Don't stay here if you're a single girl traveling. The door barely has a lock and the room was freezing. It looked nothing like the photo they put me in the basement. I ended up not even staying here and switching hotels it made me feel so uncomfortable.
