Ưu: Strategic location - next to T4 by a covered walkway Very clean, room well equipped, friendly staff and was given a very quiet room as we were flying early next morning Very good hot breakfast spread - did not have enough time to enjoy it as we had a plane to catch

Khuyết điểm: Not the hotel’s fault but the choice for dinner was limited to the hotel’s bistro , a bistro at T4 or sandwiches from Boots

Ưu: Reception staff went above and eons to ensure my stay was great, and accommodated my late check out request with ease. Restaurant staff also very friendly and attentive.

Ưu: Excellent location and the hotel was comfortable and the meal we had in the restaurant was excellent.

Khuyết điểm: We were told that we had been selected as ‘guest of the day’. This was a near worthless honour and so created disappointment and therefore did not add to our experience. As an example we were told that the mini bar was complimentary but but the contents were laughable.

Ưu: This is an unexpected find - a London Heathrow Hotel that is modern, clean extremely comfortable and with well trained personable staff. As a frequent business traveller, such locations are rare and to be appreciated.

Ưu: Fabulous place to stay after arriving later in the day from an overseas flight. Modern, clean, helpful and welcoming staff, particularly Sunita on Reception.

Khuyết điểm: Alarm went off twice and we rushed out which caused me to twist my ankle the emergency door next to 3001 did not open I was in my dressing gown standing on the bridge nobody let us know it was false alarm We had to ask after 15 minutes for our change when we bought a drink We waited 40 minutes for our drink and starter on the evening at the meal we only got it because I went to reception and complained. This evening supposed to be special for my husband and I and it worked out very stressful I wish to book a room and meal again next month to make it special for him as he is having chemo at the moment . We did receive 50% off out meal which I am grateful, but I would much rather it be a special evening for us without complications. The receptionist was lovely but I didn’t want to take it further at reception as my husband was tired and went straight to the car. Please let me know who I contact about my complaint. Ưu: Location night next to terminal 4 but terminal 5 a short free bus ride away. Everything you usually get with premier inn, clean comfortable room. Can't hear the planes either!

Ưu: Great staff at check in and check out. They were very helpful, and even printed my return boarding passes for me. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The on-site restaurant is lovely and not at all over priced for where it is, aside from that, the food was lovely on both times we stayed (before and after our travel). Keep up the good work, this is an excellent Premier Inn.

Ưu: Well signposted, so easy to find when in terminal 4. Basic but very comfortable, the rooms had programmable aircon and a kettle and some tea and coffee supplies, so as an airport hotel, nothing to fault! Wifi was also pretty decent and there is a restaurant downstairs with a Costa coffee if youre desperate for a feed after your flight.

Khuyết điểm: I was a little sad that only one restaurant was available during my stay. I also was hoping to use the sauna, but found out I was required to pay a fee.

Ưu: Convenient for a stayover at Terminal 5. Check in was a breeze and reception staff was delightful. Room was spacious and nicely outfitted. Bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. Good outlet locations for phone charging. Onsite restaurant and bar seemed reasonably priced.

Khuyết điểm: Bed and pillows were way too soft. Got little sleep, felt every toss and turn of my husband -- which defeated the purpose of a daytime flight to LHR.

Ưu: Perfect hotel for the traveler coming or going from Heathrow to the States - you are right at Terminal 5 so super convenient! The hotel pampers your weary traveler's body - wonderful beds, pillows, bath products etc. The bars are fun and the Vivre restaurant is excellent. Overall, we would always prefer Sofitel for airport stays as they are outstanding!

Ưu: I have stayed at the Sofitel on previous occasions and the standard is always high and the location is perfect for T5 and trains. On this occasion Lavinia (Reception) stood out as particularly helpful, kind and professional and I would like to commend her for this. The cafe is very good both in quality of food, coffee, prices and professionalism.

Khuyết điểm: When i said to cleaner clean my room and be careful about my things i think she tried open the safe , because when i came back to my room i can not open it , i think there were attempts to open it .. please be careful about your cleaners .. i was angry that night ..

Ưu: Staff at Reception and Concierge, just so friendly and professional, nothing was any trouble for them. They knew their hotel, could make rapid decisions, explained things thoroughly yet succinctly. They were all excellent.

Ưu: This was our second visit to this hotel and it didnt disapoint, after a long haul flight from china, this place is like heaven, staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful, the rooms are super and beds so comfortable, the bar area is chilled and the breakfast was great, we will stay again after our next trip next year, highly reccomend

Khuyết điểm: Hard to get to from other terminals. Our ac was not working and with no windows the room was very hot. I phoned reception, they said they would call me back. They called me back nearly 2 hours later, at 1am! Which woke me up when I had a short sleep anyway. Very overpriced.

Ưu: Room and Staff were excellent. The Hotel in general, was a very pleasant surprise - for an Airport Hotel.

Khuyết điểm: Shame you did not do a basic value for money independent food pub restaurant, to compliment the other food facilities you have there. We could have stayed completely at the Hilton instead of going into Terminal 4 - mind you that was no problem either.

Khuyết điểm: Fridge didn't work. Someone previously left a moldy salad in there. Then I opened drawers to put clothes in and it had two packets of old broken biscuits in there. All drinks in mini bar were warm so had to use their bar instead which was inconvient before flying early next day.

Ưu: I arrived very late in the evening from an international flight. Staff most helpful, particularly with airport transfer the following morning (less than half the cost of a London cab). Despite being on the Heathrow transport corridor, the rooms are quiet. Also clean and well appointed. Breakfast more than adequate.

Ưu: The room was modern with excellent decor and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough. Our package included breakfast which was comprehensive and to a high standard. Excellent stay.

Ưu: Location is right by Heathrow terminal 5 which is great for onward travel. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. Very nice reception and bar area. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment.

Ưu: It was very cozy, definitely best for solo travellers as it is very small. It was a cool experience I felt like I was in a space ship. Shower is great.

Khuyết điểm: I thought it was a little over priced for what it is, but I think it’s worth it for the convenience being inside the airport, especially when you have an early flight like I did.

Ưu: Not much about this hotel... The staff were nice enough and they give you complimentary tea and coffee.

Khuyết điểm: The hallway was very smelly and dirty. Sheets were not soft and the bed was uncomfortable. All through the night you are woken up by people extending their beds from the seated position the sleeping position. Unless you are staying in terminal 4, the location is awful - there are no early pre-six am shuttle buses or trains to the other terminals so we ended up spending an additional £22 on a Uber to Terminal 2! Ridiculous!

Ưu: the location being right at the airport is really good. just needed to get into the lift to go check in. Brilliant for early starts. The novelty of the set up is quite cool, and the tv and wifi is good.

Khuyết điểm: the area is a bit rundown and you feel like you are heading into a dungeon when finding your room. Also it is very difficult to find the hotel in the airport premises. it does not have the same level of signage that the other hotels do. you have to use a particular set of lifts other wise you cant find it.

Ưu: Bed was so amazing! And I’m a neat freak and the room passed my test. It was a journey to get to terminal 4 from terminal 3 late night, so i needed a cab but in the morning i enjoyed a free espresso and caught the train downstairs.

Ưu: Staying at Heathrow for an early flight I was very pleased with my accommodation and its location, which was close to the link from Terminal 4 to Terminals 2 and 3. The accommodation was tiny but comfortable and included everything I might have wanted for an overnight pre flight stay.

Khuyết điểm: I found the bed surround a bit difficult to clamber over to get in or out of the bed and I am a reasonably agile person and not overweight.

Khuyết điểm: The room has an air conditioning that blows cold air directly on your face while you are sleeping. Supposedly one can regulate the temperature but it didnt work for me. After two hours in bed without sleeping because of the noise of the fan and the air in my face I got up got dressed and went to reception to ask the guy to turn down the air. The guy told me that was not possible. I left this morning for my day of meetings without having slept and with a cold. I feel dreadful.

Ưu: Right inside Heathrow, which was very convenient for my eleven hour layover and early morning connecting flight. I loved the clever use of space. Very clean and comfortable, it was perfect for my needs.

Khuyết điểm: I loved the small size, but I also had seen photos online and knew what I was getting into. This is a micro hotel room, which might not suit some travelers.

Ưu: Love how was easily accessible. able to use the free train to get between terminals. Was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Unlimited hot drinks was good in addition to there being two restaurants one beside it and one on the lower level that met my expectations. It look just like the pictures.

Khuyết điểm: There is this noise that sounds as if it is the pipes. It seem to go off at every 10 minutes,. When I asked about it I was told it some sort of suction of the air. It was very loud luckily I can sleep through anything. I was told every room hears it and that's probably why each room came with ear plugs.

Ưu: Cosy, clean and comfortable - and, of course, inside the airport. A great option for a very early flight!

Khuyết điểm: Not Yotel's fault, but it took me 45 minutes to transfer to terminal 4. I'd recommend going by tube and ignoring the 'free train transfer' option - so much walking and trains only seem to go every half hour.

Khuyết điểm: Stayed at this hotel a few times and this is the first time we was put on the first floor. There was so much noise we could hear from outside even with the windows shut and there was alot of noise coming from the room above us. Very loud.

Ưu: This hotel has a very relaxed chilled feel to it. The room was very clean and quite spacious. The breakfast was decent with lots of choice. The shower in the room was amazing, especially for London! The bar is also great.

Khuyết điểm: The hotel is a good 35 min bus from the airport, which I'm sure is probably halved if you take an uber or something.

Khuyết điểm: Huge noisy party going on all over lobby when I arrived. Couldn’t find check-in desk. Couldn’t hear what clerk was saying because noise was so loud. Couldn’t get WiFi in room but couldn’t call desk because no phone in room. Tried to go back to lobby for information, but noisy partiers marauding in hallways made me turn back and try to get a little sleep.

Ưu: Location versus cost was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful as I arrived late at night and had to leave very early in the morning, they showed me where a pizza place was and got coffee for me when I checked out.

Khuyết điểm: Both rooms were too hot. We adjusted the temperature so it was cooler and comfortable for us but it reset during the night. It was not made clear to us that there are two Hilton Garden Inns near each other at the airport so we mistakenly tried to check in at the other one. I wonder if there is a good way to make this clear for future travelers.

Ưu: The room was very immaculate and the staff were very helpful.

Ưu: We arrived around 5pm and were flying from Heathrow next morning. We didn’t want a large dinner and just had a tasty Bar meal in pleasant surroundings with a couple of drinks. The food was excellent as were the staff. We will be back next time we fly from Heathrow

Ưu: The bed was very comfy. There was good sound-proofing. Couldn’t here airplanes or highway traffic.

Ưu: I liked their bed and the bsthroom is modern and spacious. However the shower is always regulated, so you can't enjoy a hot shower. I like the fact the the time you arrive in your room, there is a cold bottle of water wsit8ng for you in the fridge in the room.

Khuyết điểm: I didn't like the fact that, the fast thing you experience is your shoes sticking on the room floor, indicating dirty floor. When you remove your shoes, whether your socks or your feet becomes dirty immediately. I personally had to use one of the towels to to clean around where we are walking. You can see some dust around the bedside Chester of drawer. The house keeper need to do their job. I would urge the management to go around and check the room cleaners. Otherwise. The breakfast ordering service is outraged, breakfast buffet is quick and gives customer chance to eat what they want and also reduces the time spent ordering as if you are in a restaurant. If the own thinks he is saving, I think he should calculate the pay for staff who do the cooking and the service.

Ưu: The room and bathroom were very good size, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good but I prefer a buffet. The location was very convenient, as I had a flight the next morning. The garden was very nice.

Ưu: Secure site within a gated area, set back from main road with an open garden so atmosphere is relaxed. Care and attention from staff was excellent. Spacious room and a comfortable sleep. A nice bonus to have a small fridge in the room. On a bus route and very close to main A-roads so access was not a problem. Good pub/restaurant immediately across the road for dinner.

Khuyết điểm: Finding the driveway was difficult on the first visit as we missed the small B&B sign. Some areas of the room have been upgraded e.g. bedding and upholstery, whilst others need some attention e.g. replacing discoloured sealant around shower unit - it seemed clean, just old.

Ưu: Very quiet, slept really well, breakfast a little disappointing as there is no bacon or pork sausages so had scrambled egg on toast but it was very dry and not fluffy at all. The signage for the guest house is easily missed as there is just a small B&B sign on a lamppost. the car parking was very secure and we had a nice meal at the pub just off the mini roundabout which was a couple of minutes walk.

Unfortunately, it was late and dark and we failed to notice the secluded lane and entrance. we phoned for further directions the manager came out onto the street to meet and greet Respectfully suggest a sign or banner if Planning officers allow. For ease of access when we next VISIT, turn sharp left up lane about 2mtrs from speed cushion on highway

Khuyết điểm: Hairs on clean towels . Lock was very loose on room door so our room changed by owner. Bedside table light was not working in my Mums room. Dirty cup and saucer in my Mums room which I changed.

Ưu: The hotel was quiet. We had a good nights sleep before our flight. That’s all you want.

Ưu: Looks like a brand new refurbishment throughout has taken place. Modern, interesting and very nice! In the room itself, loved the rain shower, the TV size and the general room mod-cons! All very good - would recommend and would def. stay here again.

Khuyết điểm: Registration form is not GDPR compliant! Not happy with the "If you do NOT wish to receive marketing info etc... then tick the box" - poor! Also, thought the Indian food was average at best. Would actually remove from the menu if can't cook it well! Lamb Roganjosh and Dal were liquidy, lamb tasted processed and where were the lentils in the Dal?

Khuyết điểm: I booked because it was so close to the airport and had an overnight layover. In the morning, I came down to get a taxi and was told it would be 45 mins! I ended up downloading Uber and it took about 20 mins but this is something that DEFINITELY should have been warned about when checking in (considering my plane ended up taking off about 400 meters from the hotel).

Ưu: Hotel was clean and the rooms were excellent. The Breakfast was more than expected for the all-inclusive price. Many of the more expensive hotels in the area are not as good as this

Ưu: Good location with access to the bus line to Heathrow. Very clean facility with friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with all of the amenities one needs. Excellent breakfast to kick off your day.

Ưu: Very close to the rental car location for drop off the next morning.

Ưu: Location perfect for us, as seeing family close by . Felt welcomed by staff at reception, and also in restaurant , which we used for Dinner and Breakfast . Service was excellent and staff friendly . Food excellent quality . Buffet breakfast was excellent selection of hot food and cold . Added bonus of very good parking facilities at hotel , which was chargeable , but at least secure for the night . Would stay again .

Ưu: Personnel cheerful and professional, rapid. And the warm double chocolate chip cookie didn't hurt! (except maybe my waistline!)

Khuyết điểm: Bathroom door slams shut. View of other windows ugly, you feel self-conscious as people can look in your room. Worst is location: you must take a paid shuttle, it doesn't accept credit card, so must exchange $ BACK in airport! Regular bus complicated.

Khuyết điểm: The shower was either red hot or freezing cold, meaning after a long hard day I was unable to shower, reception said maintenance would be sent before the morning, but it was still the same the following morning. The air conditioning was also broken and the controller was stuck on 16 degrees. The gourmet burger ( which I didn't pay for) was full of hard lumps and was poor quality meat, which apparently, I was told, bought in and not in the control of the kitchen! Telling the staff about these things at reception got the response 'I will tell somebody' no apology for the inconvenience or anything.

Ưu: I have had few rooms to accommodate friends and family members for my son wedding. They have been well impressed by Friendly staff, good selection of food at breakfast, clean and spacious rooms. Thank you I will book in again.

Khuyết điểm: I paid for a double bed but two twin beds were just pushed together. I would like some sort of compensation for this and this isn’t what I paid for

Ưu: The hotel was great, the room wonderful and the facilities were lovely.

Khuyết điểm: My only upset was with the room service. I ordered room service for myself and my children as it was quite late to go anywhere with them and also a treat as we never go to hotels. We ordered pizza and a chicken Cesar salad. The pizza looked like it was a value frozen pizza from the local supermarket and the saled was like something my kids would have made, certainly not the standard I excepted from room service. As it was late and we were all hungry I never sent it back but I felt totally out of pocket. It was not cheap . When I told the staff at the desk there was no apology or anything.

Ưu: Compared with the prices of hotels nearby it offered value for money for a bed for a night. The reception staff were very helpful. Short taxi ride to the airport.

Ưu: Nothing. Seriously could not think of a benefit if you paid me to do it.

Khuyết điểm: Not just dirty but absolutely FILTHY. I am a man, I have served in the army. I am not squeamish about some dirt but this was vile. I think there were not cockroaches because even they decided it was too much for them. The guys were so rude its indescribable. I lack the words. On top of it he just lay on a very thick Indian/Pakistani accent and pretended to speak less and less English as soon as we tried to complain whereas his accent and language level was fine at the start of the conversation. We booked a double ensuite and they tried to give us a twin with a shared bathroom. They "explained" it was the last room and we could take it or leave it (this is at 2am). We refused, got up and left and when all the hotels in the area were booked out because of the Munich airport shutting down we chose to drive 3 hours back to Nottingham directly instead of the sleep in London, walk around and travel in the morning as we had planned.
