Khuyết điểm: I don't know why English hotels do stays without breakfast ! Look at how the Irish hotels do it. Adding breakfast at 30 pounds is a real turn off ! No buffet breakfast in the world could cost that to supply? Maybe look at this to be a little different.

Ưu điểm: Newly refurbished hotel. Great spec to rooms and the room service was punctual and food was excellent.

Khuyết điểm: The room that l stayed in has the most awkward lay out. The toilet roll fixture was placed at the side of the bathtub exactly where you get in n out. It got splashed by water from the shower, and one can easily slip over its 15cm protruding metal rod for the spare tissue roll. The magnifying glass was only able to face to the toilet area n not to your face. The toilet flusher was behind the toilet cover. So each time you need to flush it, you ll have to first close the cover. The distance between the wall mirror inside the bathroom, to where you stand in front of the basin was so far that one need to bent extra to see your makeup. But this issue may not be for everybody. One who is taller then my 5.4" height maybe able to reach it better. In general... l used to stay at Crown Plaza Singapore. The experience is very different.

Ưu điểm: We loved our stay at Crown Plaza right from the moment we were greeted warmly at the hotel entrance. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our wish for a quiet room with a view. Thank you, Simon! Breakfast was a bonus in a spacious area with a very broad selection (including full English breakfast) to cater for the many international guests. The location is excellent with shops, supermarket, pubs all very close. Gloucester Road Underground station is across the road which has a direct link to Heathrow. (Does have some steps, though.) The restaurant is good and the bar area which opens onto a private park is exceptional in warm weather. Overall the vibe of this hotel is of a busy but well organised property with a family friendly, welcoming, international home away from home feel!

Khuyết điểm: Whilst the decor is quite attractive there are some signs that it is getting a little tired. This is only a minor détraction from an overall comfortable room.

Ưu điểm: - I was very happy with the service and location. - Concierge were very helpful in giving us the right recommendation and advice - I had a noisy next door neighbour which the hotel staff were very quick in resolving the next day and also managed to upgrade the room.

Ưu điểm: Great location with extremely easy access to tube station and Waitrose. Comfortable beds, complimentary water, snacks and slippers. Gym is open 24 hours. Fabulous experience and will definitely come back .

Ưu điểm: We chose this hotel as it was near to the Royal Albert Hall, and we had bought tickets to a concert for my partner's birthday, which I had mentioned when booking. The hotel is in a perfect location and they kindly upgraded our room and gave my partner a birthday card, such a lovely gesture. The staff are very friendly and helpful; particularly Andrea on reception who was wonderful. We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Ưu điểm: We went to a concert at the RAH and this hotel was ideal for us, convenient for that and Gloucester Road tube. Would use again if visiting RAH.

Khuyết điểm: We were on the second floor so not so bad for us but lift space was very restricted. Also narrow corridors so had to ‘give way’ where necessary

Ưu điểm: The staff are wonderful, very helpful. Service was great. Main public rooms are beautiful and modern. Fantastic location just down from museums and a fifteen minute walk to Harrods.

Khuyết điểm: noise isolation is not the best, it's a good thing it's in a quiet location , but still work in the street ( garbage disposal or something ) in the street outside woke my wife up some days ( we were in the 4th floor) mattress was a bit too hard for our taste ( we didn't complain about any of these to the hotel staff ... it could be that they could have done something not sure)

Ưu điểm: Nice, boutique hotel on a quiet street close to the Hyde park and 10 min walk from the Paddington station. We were upgraded to a jr. suite at no charge and it was a very pleasant bonus. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was welcoming a friendly.

Khuyết điểm: They have 2 breakfast options: continental or hot English. We had a continental included in the price. There is a special person that instructs each guest on which breakfast they are entitled to have and that the hot breakfast is extra. Not very classy... I have a feeling they spend more money doing that and creating a negative vibe, as opposed to letting everyone have some scrambled eggs (how much can they cost?) and a good impression of the hotel.

Ưu điểm: The Blakemore is an incredible hotel. It is extremely clean, beautiful in every way. Although the rooms and location were perfect- it's greatest asset is ira incredible staff- who were competent, polite, well-versed in their jobs, -and incredibly customer focused. It is a great hotel.
