Khuyết điểm: The rooms were really nice, but since you ask... both my wife and I found that the AC was needed to keep the room at a comfortable temperature for sleeping but was intrusively loud, making it more difficult to sleep.

Khuyết điểm: First time in this hotel, and to be honest, quite disappointing. Firstly, sound proof was very bad, we could hear the television sound from the next room though out all night. Secondly, the bathroom was designed poorly, the water goes all over the floor after taking a shower, which makes it very wet and slippery. We paid for almost £280 per night, and I don’t think is worth it.

Khuyết điểm: I was charged again for the room, even though my company already paid for my stay. I advised this to the night porter and shown him my invoice but he still charged me. The night porters English wasn't the best so i think it was crossed wires. Fortunately i manged to get this refunded to myself but it was an inconvenience on the night.
