Khuyết điểm: THe tea water was poured into a cold teapot, and therefor wasn’t hot enough to properly brew the tea. They should know better and should pre-heat their porcelain teapots so the pot itself doesn’t cool down the tea.

Ưu điểm: Everything, especially the big cat! Location is central but hidden and quiet in the same time. Room was really cute and the staff were really friendly( door mans and room service staffs were really pleasant)

Khuyết điểm: No thing really. The only tiny thing was we were recommended to go to a exhibition but the show was actually finished the day before. So we were a bit disappointed as the information was given on our welcome note on our desk when we check in.

Ưu điểm: The location is perfect for us . Very buzzy atmosphere in the evening . Did not try the food as we went out to eat . The staff are very friendly and helpful . It is not the cheapest but certainly of a high standard .

Khuyết điểm: I was extremely disappointed about the building work going on outside. Ham Yard is by far our favourite and only place we stay in London. It was a well earned break spoiled by the building noise!

Ưu điểm: Great location. Large and beautiful bedrooms/bathrooms. Nice roof garden area. Breakfast were very nice. Nice gym. Staff were all exceptional. For a London hotel in such a central location we had a nice relaxing stay.

Ưu điểm: Friendly and helpful staff everywhere. Not intrusive at all, but very efficient and easy going.

Khuyết điểm: Could have done with tea and coffee making in the room. Having said that room service was very quick. Juts would have been easier (and cheaper) to make it myself as I got ready.

Ưu điểm: The room was FANTASTIC for my family and I. It was overlooking the square and had these great windows. The staff was WONDERFUL! They were very professional and went out of their way to assist us. They treated us with chocolate covered strawberries, lovely

Ưu điểm: The Breakfast was very American based and therefore not styled to British tastes. Please do not get me started on the air conditioning, it was so cold you believed you were in some New York Hotel.

Ưu điểm: I respect the Night duty manager on the date I arrived as I have arrived earlier than expected and did not have a room for me. He was very nice, considerate : he offered water, drinks, a blanket and made sure I get a room as FAST as he could. Thank you again also for the hospitality of ALL staff from desk, vallet, food, room services. THEY ARE SO GREAT. THE VALLET GUY EVERY MORNING IS JUST F A N T A S T I C It is sad that construction works are blocking the road towards your hotel. Khuyết điểm: On my day of arrival, the staff who was on the desk was really very rude and judgemental.

Ưu điểm: The bed and room was super comfy based on our limited knowledge of high end hotels. We’ve stayed at many Radisson Blu hotels around the world and this was the best we’ve visited so far!

Khuyết điểm: Personally I’m not a fan of lifts due to my claustrophobia. An accessible staircase would have been preferable!

Ưu điểm: Hotel was well-presented, clean and modern. Rooms were spacious and the quality was noticeable. We were in London for a show and dinner at Covent Garden, which were just a 10 minute walk away. What really stood out, though, was the service of the staff on the front desk. So happy to help, made a fuss of my fiancée for her birthday and we’re happy to hold onto our bags after checkout whilst we went out in London. This hotel is the best I’ve ever stayed at in London for both location and staff service.

Ưu điểm: The W Hotel is in a very central location in London - right in the heart of Chinatown and it's surroundings. We expected it to be quite loud but found the hotel to be extremely quiet and comfortable during our stay there. The hotel has a very funky vibe and is suited to travellers who don't mind being in the heart of the action and looking for a modern hotel. The room was comfortable and had all the modern conveniences one would expect from a hotel of W's size. Overall, a pretty good stay!

Khuyết điểm: I received the worst treatment possible from the managerial staff. Firstly, even though they had my reservation, which was made and confirmed a month and a half in advance, they decided that they didn't have any room available for me to stay in when I arrived to check in. I found this to be very unprofessional since they could have called me or emailed me prior to my arrival at the hotel to give me a forewarning so that I could plan ahead as well. The situation was worsened by the staff then relaying this information to me in a very condescending manner in which they had the very unapologetic tone of "take it or leave it". Secondly, they decided that a fair way to "compensate" me would be by reserving a room in another hotel on my behalf, without any input from me regarding choice, and then giving me a ride to this new hotel. I specifically chose the W for my stay and did not choose the other hotel when making my initial plans. So, the manager felt he could take the payment for the room at the W, decide that they no longer have a room at the W, then deny me the choice of an alternative hotel, and all without the option of a refund. They said they were compensating me, but I feel that they cheated me greatly. It was terrible customer service. Eventually, I had no choice but to take their offer of staying at the other property, which I didn't want to stay in, since they were not going to make any room available for me at the W for the night. Truthfully, I feel there were a bunch of racial undertones and biases based on the unprofessional, condescending, unempathetic, and unapologetic tone of the manager and staff. I have stayed at many hotels around the world. This has been, by far, my worst experience with any hotel staff regarding a reservation.

Ưu điểm: One of the best hotel at central area! Location is good! Staff are friendly . Very close to all shops. I am visiting in August, 33 degree , the air conditioning system is good ! Not many hotel have good air conditioning system in central area as they are all much older !

Khuyết điểm: W hotel always have party during the weekend! The room is quiet still! But you can feel the hotel is “busy” during the party time. Also, no bath in the room, which is a bit weird for this price’. Shower room very small.

Ưu điểm: The room was very clean with quality furnishings and supplies in the room. It was a very petite room but it was clever about the use of space and everything in the room was good quality. I found it much better supplies and kitted out than other hotels with much more space available.

Only as I stayed at Z hotels before did I know about happy hour etc. Wasn’t told or asked if I knew. But they informed the guest who arrived after me.
