Ưu điểm: The suite was very comfortable. The food was of a high standard and the location is good. But the best thing by far about our stay was the staff at the Langham, especially Christina and Rodika in the Langham Club. They are just a joy to be around. Thank you for looking after us so well!

Ưu điểm: Everything I was extremely impressed with thier service and how they took care of you They always made you feel special from The moment you stepped in One will always go to a Hotel that will wellcome you back .. remember you , appreciate your stay and give you a better deal everytime you come back .. that is in essence what makes a Great Hotel from a good hotel I have stayed at many hotels in London ..some of the main ones ie landmark etc But I have never been treated to such a high level of service than at Langham Every call was answered with my name and that was there everywhere you went it was very personalized And the most important thing was that you were remembered , appreciated for coming back and given a better deal and Servive for your continued patronage It was an amazing expirience and Langham is the Hotel for us Every depts service was exceptional

Khuyết điểm: Rooms had issues. Although well furnished & comfortable, the first room was above the subway so really disruptive until after midnight, with trains every few minutes, making sleep almost impossible. We asked to be moved & the second room was somewhat below ground level. The windows were set very high, they overlooked the air conditioning unit for the kitchen & therefore lacked any view, let alone natural light. I might stay at the hotel again but only if I could speak to reservations regarding the room.

At breakfast the buffet was not topped up regularly & when it was the egg & mushrooms were not hot. The spa had run out of Robes & I would suggest a few more than 4 beds around the pool I don’t wish to sound so negative , our first trip to this hotel few years ago was fabulous , hence our return. Most of these problems I am sure wouldn’t occur on future visit

It is charming and elegant with rooms large and comfortable by any standard and the staff are extraordinary, There's hardly a time in the last 20 years, that the Landmark has not been my "go to" location during the annual trips I try to make to London.

Khuyết điểm: The room was a big disappointment, quite spacious but very 'tired' and in need of a big update. The nets at the window were grey, there was a hole in one of the wardrobe doors as if it had been kicked and the bathroom had a shower curtain!!!

HOWEVER when we came over to the hotel, the receptionist informed us that all rooms with garden view is occupied. This is a lack of credibility!

Also the hostel is cleaned everyday. The internet is strong and only in the common areas which was nice to see lots of people and socialize I stayed at the time where the hot water heater had problems and the hostel refunded 50% of the cost, I liked their effort

There's Tesco Express and Sainsbury nearby. The bedroom was adapted for wheelchair in case of need. Solid bunk beds that don't shake when someone moved.

Khuyết điểm: I would just like in kitchen to offer some free things like tea or sugar, paid breakfast could improve their coffee (too watery) and add cheese at least, for these two reasons I didn´t buy it after first day, but they advise you to look first and pay if you like so it is not like you don´t know what are you paying for Like it was said here before, windows can´t be opened and in warm weather it would make dificult to sleep there, fans will not help much.

Khuyết điểm: Majority of the staff are helpful and friendly but there is an area for improvement. For example one male staff of indian decent usually didn’t like to help find solution for any problem and put blame on guest or just avoid responsibility.

Khuyết điểm: We stayed in an Executive room with access to the Lounge where breakfast was free. And as the old adage goes.... you get what you pay for ! The eggs were inedible and other food seemed stale. No bottles of water / diet soda in the lounge. Over an 8 night stay, we ate there ONCE. There was LOUD renovation noise all day long. The room requires more lighting and the decor seems very dated. Housekeeping needs help - some days they replaced the hand towels, some days they didnt. Some days the room wasnt turned down till past 6 pm. We had an important package delivered to the hotel - left with the Concierge. On checking, they said they had not received it. We followed up the next day and they "found it". Apologized for not delivering it earlier. Overall, the Concierge service is condescending at best.

Mayfair is Georgian period, latest Victorian. Rooms are small. Noisy. Lifts cramped and shaking. Corridors dark. Thin line between ye olde quaint and 'old dump. Modern hotels win EVERY TIME. Regret breakfast very poor - Gordon Ramsay would be embaressed with his own restaurant in the mornings.

Khuyết điểm: The reception in 1st floor rather than ground floor is very inconvenient. There’s an elevator but they don’t tell you about it. So you see residents go down the stairs with luggage but no one tells them where the lift is hidden. Breakfast is very modest and cheap. The concierge doesn’t answer the phone. Also reception takes few calls to answer.

Few amenities in hotel, but we weren't looking to use them. My wife didn't sleep as well as she needs a contour pillow and one wasn't available.

Ưu điểm: On our departure back home on the evening of 23.9 we were informed that in order to call for a cab with fixed price to LTN airport there is a need to inform the hotel 2 hrs upfront- we were not informed regarding this fact. The night manger that was on the clock at the time, helped us and arranged a cab with reasonable price which saved us from a tedious journey. Kudos to him( I hope I am remembering his name correctly, I think it was Pershat). Thank you!

Khuyết điểm: The hotel moved its check in hour to 3 pm. This can be quite late for travelers like me, who arrive by early morning flights and then have to wander around before getting to their room. Also, the breakfast used to be richer (more variety), but the food is still fresh and of good quality.

The room was clean and although we stayed in the basement room with no windows (which we knew about, so no surprise there), it was comfy enough. Khuyết điểm: The vent was always on, which I presume is to ventilate the room considering it was on the basement floor. So although it did no bother me, a light sleeper might find it slightly noisy. You can hear the tube from outside when it passes by, and the room shakes a little when it happens, but again it did not bother me.

Khuyết điểm: I got a room on the lower floors, the room smelled stale, was a long walk away from the elevator and when I went to request a change I got attitude from the front desk staff Ana-Maria. I literally wanted to cancel and leave unfortunately as I had booked through booking.com I was told I needed to take that up with them. I asked for a room on a higher floor and was told she would only change my room if I either went back up and got my luggage or waited 30-40 mins for a concierge to help me. I was so upset. I went back up, gor my luggage and came back down. PS why dont they keep extra bottles of water in the room for your use?

The hostel does provide breakfast, and a 10% off discount for anything you order at the bar (burger and a beer is normally 15 pounds, so you get that for 13.50). The staff was friendly, and the bedding was clean in the hostel. The showers had warm water and seemed to be cleaned on a somewhat regular basis. The bar area is open to you 24 hours a day, though the kitchen closes at 10 and the bar closes to the public at midnight.
Beyond that, you can't beat the location in terms of it being a launching point for getting around the city. You are on several bus lines and three different tube lines. You are also only a mile's walk from Hyde park on a main road that is well lit, even at night.

I stayed here a few months back and it seemed like the staff at the time were struggling a bit this time around new staff and everythink seems to be running like clock work really good vibe the night porters are wicked bar staff really cool, showers always hot worth a stay

My rromate actually booked from 11-15 Sept but she checked out on the 12 Sept due to the room is too small. Not as per in the picture shown. My room is a Female Room for 3 pax but during the last night.....middle of the night, me & another lady from Brazil were awaken when the hostel staff came in to our room & asked whether we mind having a guy to stay in our room....since it was after midnight & both of us are checking out the next morning...we have agreed but if we were to check out later....we will not allow as this room is stated for FEMALE ONLY.

Ưu điểm: Overall, as a 20-something, using this as a cheap place to sleep for the night while seeing London this worked for me and allowed me to spend my travel money on the things I wanted to do. The hostel does provide breakfast, and a 10% off discount for anything you order at the bar (burger and a beer is normally 15 pounds, so you get that for 13.50). The staff was friendly, and the bedding was clean in the hostel. The showers had warm water and seemed to be cleaned on a somewhat regular basis. Khuyết điểm: First off, if you are a light sleeper, don't choose this hostel. It is on a highly-used road and the windows will be open in the room. If you wake up at every horn or siren, you will not have a good time sleeping here. In addition to that, the larger rooms have 24 people, so you can expect them to be coming and going at all hours, some quietly, some not (which also means your experience is not 100% on the hostel staff). Bar noise was non-existent, so don't worry about that.
The breakfast was a bit of a zoo, and a bit of a disappointment. They had loaves of bread with a toaster (butter and jam), some cereal and milk. There was also tea and coffee. It was pretty well picked over by 8:15, and the staff was too busy cleaning the bar to replace anything. To that end, the staff in the hostel always seemed to be stretched too thin. People are working the hostel front desk and the bar at the same time. They are not mean about it, but if you catch it wrong, you can end up waiting a bit to be helped. There were also a few people who were sleeping in the hallway at times, though I was not sure if they were just too drunk to remember their passcodes or had snuck in. Also, I never saw any semblance of a manager for either the bar or the hostel (not that I ever needed one).
The cleanliness of the rooms and the bathrooms left something to be desired, the rooms especially. Though I didn't spend much time in them, there was usually some crumbs / scraps of wrappers on the floor, which did not feel clean even when those larger pieces of rubbish were not there. This comes back to you experience being tied to the people you are in the room with however. In particular, there was one person who's luggage smelled like a college student's laundry bin that had been left to sit during the winter break, in-short, really bad.
My final warning would be that there are not a lot of power outlets in the rooms, and there are only two bathrooms to accommodate 50+ people, as opposed to 4 showers.

Then the receptionist told us he didn’t know When the room would be ready, not long hopefully, so we used a friends room to get ready and to leave our luggage as we had dinner plans. When we arrived back at the hotel after 9pm, we were told our room was ready. We went to our room which was clearly under renovation, dirty, unmade bed empty drink cartons and rubbish all over the bathroom floor. We went back to reception and the receptionist was unaware of the filthy room or that it was getting renovated. Room2 on another floor, no air conditioning, broken and when the maintenance guy came he said the hotel was aware but told him to show his face to keep the customer happy. What a diabolical way to treat paying customers. I WON’T BE RECOMMENDING YOUR HOTEL, YOUR ONLY INTERESTED IN MY MONEY NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE- SHAME ON YOU.

When I arrived back after an evening out about 12 30, the receptionist didn't even look up and say good evening. The decorated is badly in need of a lick of paint, very dated and dirty. The mattress on my bed was completely shot, the springs were gone.

Khuyết điểm: I was really disappointed that having booked several months ago and requested two rooms close to each other that no consideration was given to my request. We had one room on the 5th floor and one on the 1st floor.

Khuyết điểm: The furniture old and in very bad conditions. Scratches on the furnitures, paper on walls broken and dirty, cover of the lamp broken and very dirty. No mini bar in then room and not even a bottle of water. Wi fi very low and not often working. Really not possible to work if you need to.

Khuyết điểm: I stayed there for six nights. Very overpriced for London. Please look at the photos I posted of our room. That is what the rooms truly look like, nothing like they look like on the website. Peeling wallpaper, old mattress, outdated furniture, no safe in the room, rude front desk.
