Khuyết điểm: Had to wait and hour to be located to our room. Flowers and champagne I requested wasn't in the room when we finally got there. Room was nothing like in the picture

Ưu điểm: The food was fine, plenty of choice at breakfast, both british and asian food on offer. Mainly asian food in the restaurant for dinner, although receptionist implied there was ample choice of european food. The location and view over London is fantastic. Rooms beautifully appointed.

Khuyết điểm: The service at breakfast was appalling, plenty of friendly staff. However the system is dreadful. Waited 15 minutes for tea and coffee then the order was wrong. the toast we ordered at the same time as the drinks came after 30+ minutes, too late to eat with hot food, and when it arrived was cold and hard like toast when it's been hanging about for several hours. The receptionist had said he would book us in for dinner, however he didn't, fortunately they managed to fit us in. The service for dinner was as poor as at breakfast. Over 25 minutes wait for our drinks - which should have been apperitives, during the time we waited the neighbouring table had been served 3 times! Our drinks arrived with the food. The food itself was ok, pricey but we expected that for where it was. It was a special occasion 50th wedding anniversary and birthday but although we had mentioned this, no offer of anything to celebrate which is what is the norm in every other restaurant I've been in. On checking out all the above was mentioned to the receptionist and she did then eventually remove the service charges. All this did colour our stay - it was a one off very expensive treat for 2 special occasions - the hotel and room facilities, cleanliness etc were excellent but the experience was spoiled by such appalling service.

Khuyết điểm: Rest of staff where not so helpful. Which was because we had had a couple of drinks clearly. But we where in no way abusive or aggressive. Just needed a place to stay instead of getting a taxi 150 miles home. Because of missing our train. I understand the high class place we where in just thought it could of been a bit easier

Ưu điểm: Stunning views, huge luxury bathroom with freestanding bath overlooking the city. Very comfortable bed, every comfort provided, even a warm towel when you finished swimming!

Ưu điểm: Clean and comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Helpful when our air conditioning broke. They gave us a different room.

Khuyết điểm: The bed is against the wall which is difficult if there are two of you -- you have to crawl over your partner to get out. Also, there is no privacy the way the bathroom is set up. It is a pod with the toilet in the middle of the room and the sink in the main room. This room would work for one person, but it is a bit tight and personal for two.

Ưu điểm: Atmosphere and interiors, smart technology and simplicity of rooms. Staff are all very helpful and attentive. Location excellent for Tate Modern and City generally.

Ưu điểm: Amazing hotel, with super friendly staff in an excellent location. The interior is very cool, loads of places to relax, eat and drink. We were staying for a friends birthday and ended up sitting at the bar to the small hours and the bar staff were fun and happy. 10/10 - will be back.

Ưu điểm: We like the ‘iPad room control center’ a lot. Change airco setting, switch some light, adjust volume or select a movie to play...all with one iPad. It’s cool. And we like the mood lighting. The breakfast was quite good as well. Not a huge variety but enough, and the stuff they offered was fresh and tasty! The location is not perfect, but close enough. It cloud be closer to an underground station, or with more iconic views but it is in a relative quiet site and lot’s of London great attractions are within walking distance.

Khuyết điểm: Well, we picked a room with mood lighting and we got ‘upgraded’ to a ‘quiet room with garden view’. The garden view hardly deserves that name though. Its a view to a center patio with some plants. And the quiet room turned out to be a room adapted specifically for people in a wheelchair. I guess it’s a bit more spacious, but it also lacked the mood lighting.

Ưu điểm: The bed was amazing. Room small but well designed and comfortable. I missed having a bath tub. Common areas very comfortable and inviting. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast more than adequate. Great location.

Ưu điểm: The location is perfect! Just a little bit walk to London Bridge underground station, and it's very central! Quite close to everywhere, a lot of GREAT cafes around this hotel. The room is spacious, we slept comfortably 2 adults n 1 kid.

Ưu điểm: Location was ‘ok’. Still about 1 km from the Thames. Nice bed. Good shower.

Khuyết điểm: Where to start! Construction site right outside our window!! Drilling , sawing and banging!! Then there was the cellphone tower about 5 metres away slightly above the window. Then there was the fixtures such as the coat hanger that was falling out the wall, so very little maintenance. Our pass key did not work at first and it took some time to fix. Paid top dollar - a rip off!

Ưu điểm: Location is 10mins from London bridge which is good. The kitchen facilities are good. Staff is helpful and wonderful.

Khuyết điểm: Sofa bed is dirty when we open up. Stains everywhere and smelly.Needs to be clean and change before next customer checks in but not done.

Ưu điểm: Love the location , great neighbourhood with lots of café and great restaurants and pubs. Too bad I was there for work. Got up early in the morning to watch the London waking over the tower bridge. Easy access from London Gatwick.

Ưu điểm: We were made to feel very welcome, we had a clean and comfortable room with a good bathroom, and every single member of staff we spoke to was lovely. We were lucky enough to be upgraded from our original booking - maybe because we were in London to celebrate my 60th!

Khuyết điểm: We were happy with everything. It would have been nice to stay for a second night - but that was not something the hotel could help with as it was our schedule that prevented it.

Ưu điểm: We did not have breakfast. Too expensive and we had to leave early anyway. Perhaps if you were to charge £10.00 it would be more appealing to your guests

Khuyết điểm: Bathroom design poor. Cigarette burn in the sheets concerning given "no smoking" hotel. We received a rather cold reception from young woman on duty that afternoon -after a long day traveling this was a little of ofputting.

Ưu điểm: The hotel staff were fantastic, always said hello day & night. Wanted to be sure everything was good. Was advised breakfast would be a lower cost if booked the night before, although not a breakfast person appreciated the heads up! Room was well equipped and very comfortable. Everything great in the bathroom too, plenty of light. A really great stay.

Ưu điểm: Easy to get to - take tube to Southwark & then it is ~500m walk. Interesting bars & restaurants in the area, e.g. Borough Markets. Friendly check in.
