Ưu điểm: Great bed, comfortable room and super breakfast. Bar, reception and breakfast staff really friendly.

Khuyết điểm: The background music in the bar and at breakfast is a bit loud for relaxing conversation. The restaurant staff may want to be a bit more flexible late in a Sunday night when asked if we can drink a glass of wine i one of the many empty tables overlooking the river.

Khuyết điểm: We go to bed at 9pm but last night there was a disc on on which was so loud we couldn’t sleep until it finished. Totally unacceptable . 2 members of our party were ill. Can’t understand why you put guests in noisy rooms.

Khuyết điểm: Breakfast facilities very poor. Had to eat off coffee table in bar as insufficient space in restaurant. Food constantly running out and not replaced quickly enough. I requested marmalade and waited 10 minutes only to be given jam!!! Staff seemed stressed and overworked. Not a good experience overall.

Ưu điểm: Great location for the O2. Rooms modern and bathrooms had an excellent range of REN toiletries. Very welcoming staff (this was a repeat stay for myself). Nice little touches such as being offered a glass of lemon/lime water on arrival. I was sharing a room with a friend and really great that the rooms are designed with the hairdryer outside the bathroom (2 can get ready at once) 2 full length mirrors, iron in room too.

Ưu điểm: Staff is incredibly helpful and genuinely positive. Place is modern and clean; full marks for a modern well-tech'ed hotel. Restaurant was very workable and even took a date there...

Khuyết điểm: the location is VERY FAR from anything tourist or business in London. Low-rates on room/night is swallowed in higher taxi (ridiculous), better-but-still-exorbitant Uber (could live with and did) or complicated-time-consuming options (uber or taxi to canary-wharf station, go to this line, change, go to that line, etc). Hotel Advice: Have pro-active information (like email) warning customers of extreme prices to get-anywhere, and suggest mediating ways to get a better "total cost of ownership" to the customer. Having a hotel-guard stop all traffic in seems an unnecessary step...too.

Also even when we put the note on the door handle to say not to change bedding towels ect to save water ect the house keeping still came in and changed everything which was a nice little suprise and they also got out a suitcase stand for our suit case which was very nice as well as a little welcome note from house keeping which little chocolates and they also put out more free bottles of water.

Khuyết điểm: The main thing that i wasnt happy about was that it was a 3pm check in and we got there just after 3 and they said there was no parking left at the hotel and we had to park at jubliee car park which was ok only a few mintues walk but cost us most more in long run. Better if you resever a place when booking. Also breakfast isnt inculded in the price and its very expriance for a breakfast so we left it and had breakfast out. Breakfast should be included in the price for how much you pay for the room.

Khuyết điểm: It’s impossible to have a shower in the freestanding upstairs bath, in the two bed apartment, without flooding the floor. To have your room cleaned you have to request it... which we didn’t request, however that then means that you don’t receive a restock of complimentary water

Khuyết điểm: It was our wedding night (I.e. we had just got married!) and I had communicated this in advance, but absolutely nothing special was provided for us. We arrived with me in a wedding dress, and the staff didn’t even comment!! This was such a let down. Plus there were no vegan options for room service.

Ưu điểm: Beautiful, modern building. Clean and tidy, also quirky and fun. LED lighting that cycles around colours and straight-forward controls for almost anything you can for the room. Location was good, though it will get better in the near future. The staff couldn’t be friendlier, kudos!

Khuyết điểm: A little difficult to access at first glance and a TV that was a bit rebellious. If you book a room with a ‘view’ you’ll have the back of all the Canary Wharf buildings and the construction site of the London Spire, so not worth paying extra if you’re just using it to sleep.
